Yeastar P-Series PBX System
What do you like best about the product?
This is a iPBX easy to manage, setup. It's a reliable iPBX solution it can be used every day as it allows many features such as ring groups or conferences and has a big plus to allow the use a of Callcenter feature. It also support video calls in no time with very easy steps. It also integrates with many CRM, such ZoHo. Customer support is always present to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks availability with the Concurrent Calls. It counts both internal ad external calls as concurrent calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to a easy and robust CallCenter.
Very easy, pretty stable, yet affordable
What do you like best about the product?
High stability and feature richness, with continuous development of new features.

Nothing to mention here, everything looks fine.

Yeastar Cloud Enterprise Plan: Streamlining Remote Work and Overcoming SIP Call Restrictions
What do you like best about the product?
Let me start with an example of one of our big client i.e. "Ease My Trip" with more than 500 employees. The customer was using various PBX systems and a Call Centre Solution, but they require a unified solution across different countries, including Dubai. In Dubai, the customer wishes to integrate with the Yeastar Cloud Plan "Enterprise Plan" since SIP calls are restricted in some regions. Unfortunately, their existing PBXs and Call Centre Solution cannot facilitate this integration.
Additionally, the customer needs a PBX with specific Call Centre Solution features, which are available in the Yeastar Cloud Plan "Enterprise Plan." They are also content with offering "Remote Extensions/Users" through the "Enterprise Plan" without the necessity of a "Public IP," reducing the vulnerability to potential hacking of the IPPBX Server.
We have given them P550 (04 nos) in which Two P550 are with Enterprise Plan
Now, the customer is quite Happy to provide Remote users / Extns to Agents Mobile / Laptops for "work from Home Senario" by using Yeastar Cloud base "Enterprise Plan" because by using this Plan, customer don't need any "Public IP / Static IP" through Firewall or port forwding" to provide Remote users. The Remote users through Public IP involve high risk for hacking the IPPBX Server. Second, the countries like Dubai / UAE, where SIP Calls are not allowed, customer can't do the calls between other offices to Dubai / UAE offices or not even traf the calls to / from these countries but by using Yeastar "Enterprise Cloud Plan", he is easily communicate to othe countries P550 from Dubai /UAE offices nd even he is able to traf the Dubai calls to his India office calls on existing Call Center Agents. The customer is using Yeastar Link-Us Soft Phone app in all places.
The customer is very happy and the support provided by Cohesive is excellent.

1. It should be Extendable uoto 1000 extensions

What do you like best about the product?
The comaptiablity , ease of use , Ease of Implementation , the customer support is always available , the UI is extremely user friendly , the features of the P-Series comapred to all other comeptitors Yeastar P-Series has it all , For bigger and complex installation also the intergration part is very easy
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i dislike about it, Yeastar is the best
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day operations and our customers are happy to get what they want from the call center, maintaining call center staff based on the reporting on P-Seris and the Dashboard is really amazing
Lacks some features that are necessary for complex phone system setups
What do you like best about the product?
The Yeastar P Series PBX System has been an obstructive, for us in terms of cost. It does not meet all the needs of our company and their support team is not always available when we need them. The system itself is incomprehensive and difficult to deploy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating it with CRMs and Microsoft 365 isnt as simple as wed like which causes inconvenience. Moving the PBX to the cloud eliminates the need for equipment there are concerns about data security and reliability that arise from this shift.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Yeastar P Series PBX System has been obstructive for our business, by making it difficult to manage phone lines and extensions. Our customer service has decreased with the implementation of call routing and capabilities such, as call recording and auto attendant.
Navigating Integration and Communication Shortcomings
What do you like best about the product?
The Yeastar P Series PBX System is both costly. It unable to fulfills the needs of my company and their support team is never resolving the customers problem. The system never provides a solution and its deployment is difficult. The licensing model is an ugly product.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks in problem solving capabilities and communication. With its user interface and features we face issues such, as missed calls or dropped connections. The integration and exceptional call quality that Yeastar provides is very poor. The absence of an app creates inconvenience and limits mobility for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As for dislikes regarding the Yeastar P Series PBX System there are an area where it falls short. Its call routing capabilities arent as advanced as we prefer which limits its flexibility in handling complex call flows. The reporting features are not comprehensive enough for us to properly analyze agent performance. Integration with platforms is limited; thus, hindering communication across different systems.

Easy to deploy and implement system with minimum configuration time and it supports all features required by most companies, plus value added features like call centers for customer support and integration with most of the systems like crm and microsoft 365,

Nothing to dislike, the system is complete solution.

Helps to generate the call reports for call center and autoprovisioning the many brands of IP Phones

What do you like best about the product?
The Most Helpful Feature are the Ease integration of the third party app: SMS, Whatsapp, Microsoft Teams, PMS Hospitality Solution...

The only black point of the P-Series is the Subcription Plans that are expensive due to several feature integration per plan.

The P- Series is solvingthe problem of remote connection via linkus: APP, PC APP and WEB.

Ease of administration, easy setup and very interactive. I was able to have entire phone system up and running in less than 1 hour
