What do you like best about the product?
Yeastar P-Series PBX System offers its users a lot of features making it known in the market. One of the notable features of Yeastar P-Series is its flexibility and scalability offering ease of use and implementation. It was designed to scale alongside the growth of the business which allows you to expand your communication infrastructure as needed. It also offers different deployment options such as on-prem, software edition and cloud based. Yeastar P-Series also supports third party integration such as CRM, Helpdesk, etc. helping improve effieciency in the business.

Yeastar customer support is prompt in addressing and acknowledging customer inquiries and technical issues. They are knowledgeable on their field and effective in resolving technical issues. We've been using Yeastar P-Series to manage our call flow in the office and in terms of frequency of use, Yeastar has been part of my everyday life.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. All features are designed to help every customers in their everyday business. Making communications hassle free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Yeastar P-Series PBX System really addresses many communications difficulties. Yeastar offers like no other solution for this.

The P-Series System should have the built in session boarder controllers or firewall to proect hacking

What do you like best about the product?
Cloud-based, it can be self-hosted, very secure, easy to deploy, and great contact center features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few things. probably the escalation cost, it is a linear correlation extension, channels vs cost. It cannot purchase more channels without increasing the extensions/users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great cloud contact center solution, easy to integrate with Zoho CRM (and others) call recording, reports, security, supervision dashboards, feature-rich contact center.

Extremely Feature Rich PBX solution for Businesses and K12

What do you like best about the product?
First i want to say the fast and accurate support we receive from Yeastar is phenomenal.
The P-Series is extremely feature rich and most of the features don't require any additional licensing. Most of our installations are for K12 schools and the built in PA/Bell schedules and features are a huge benefit, eliminating he need to pay for and learn another product. The Webgui for every extension is great feature, allowing staff to easlily customize their experience with out having to bother the over worked IT team. The Google API for voicemail to text has been a great feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are hoping to see the multi-site feature we enjoyed int the S-series arrive in the P-Series.
We are anxious to see the SMS texting feature finish maturing with features like mass 1-many and multiple 1-1 SMS accounts supported.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The P-Series offers a very cost effecitve feature rich PBX solutions for our K12 clients. The voicemail to google text feature has been an excellent benefit. The PA/Intercom schedule has been an excellent feature allowing schools to eliminate a seperate PA/Intercom/Bell product.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of implementation and configuration. Remote monitoring and access is another good facility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to add. It is a practical and simple solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rapid deployment of a communication network, with few resources. Staff and some clients were able to recover direct communication for their needs, especially in remote areas.

What do you like best about the product?
That adapts to the needs of the client user, it has plenty of tools so you always have what you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still haven't found anything I might dislike about the Yeastar P-Series PBX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem to solve is having all my calls in one place, that is, my phone, which I carry with me everywhere thanks to Linkus Mobile from Yeastar P series.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a iPBX easy to manage, setup. It's a reliable iPBX solution it can be used every day as it allows many features such as ring groups or conferences and has a big plus to allow the use a of Callcenter feature. It also support video calls in no time with very easy steps. It also integrates with many CRM, such ZoHo. Customer support is always present to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks availability with the Concurrent Calls. It counts both internal ad external calls as concurrent calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to a easy and robust CallCenter.
