What do you like best about the product?
Versatility of the system. Ease of Configuration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not nearly enough IVR's and Queues by default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Telephony first, mobility second, call center third.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an amazing PBX Solutions. It has full blown functionality for all customers. Really good inbound contact centre also.
Easy to use for Admin and users.
Easy integration also.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not have an outbound contact centre capability.

What do you like best about the product?
Yeastar P series is easy access to rich functionality: Linkus Mobile, Desktop, Web applications that work anywhere, anytime; integration with CRM systems, domain with customer name, remote service and management
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything. An important thing is the free software update, which provides access to the new functionality. So if something needs to be upgraded, Yeastar will do it in the next version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Availability of employees everywhere and at any time, call recording, Call Center support – above all, easy management and administration of the system

Very good and functional product.
Easy to implement in different needs and very flexible with a lot of features already included.
Technical support is also excellent if needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Yeastar has been found to be an amazing VOIP PBX with afforable rates, extensive features as well as simple to use.
The implementation was quite simple as well as integrating Microsoft 365. I did have a query previously which was resolved within 30 minutes due to the amazing support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I loved everything about Yeastar from pricing to full on use.
