What do you like best about the product?
I like possabilty to chouse same product on fisical hardware OR on VMS. It gives fleksability

Annuly paid option....I like to pay ones for product not every year...

Best UC features, easy using and administration for a unbeatable price
What do you like best about the product?
more or less - running out of the box. The PBx is ready in about 10 minutes !
With all need UCC features- up to more than 100 features - no open wishes
Very fast and professional customer support.
The intregration of add. Voip device as door bells fe. is very comfortable

solving ? well, this is a oneinall system!

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability for my users to be able to use whatever mix of desk phone, desktop app or mobile app they want. The integration between those works seamlessly. I also really like the remote registration layer so we don't have to fiddle with firewalls and have problems with that. We have several P-Series PBX deployed, both on prem, on our own AWS cloud and hosted with Yeastar, and they all work flawlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the Linkus app works, it's hit and miss. Some people love it, and some people uninstall it 5 minutes after trying it. A few of the screens in the GUI could be a little bit more capable of either using forward/back or having a button that says return to previous screen etc. For example, when having a particular extension group pulled up and modifying it, when you save the settings it returns back to the full extension list. Pretty minor issue there, if that's all I can come up with as a complaint, it's working pretty well!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Yeastar PBX just really brought together provisioning, configuration and both the admin and end user experience. Everything just works, which is the biggest plus. SO many other systems we've used required constant babysitting - this is truly "set it and forget it."

What do you like best about the product?
It is quite intuitive, integrates very well with phone brands like Yealink, it is a step forward to change the old analog exchanges.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with Outlook I don't like at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The central units I have installed are becoming obsolete, and these central units are giving me the opportunity to upgrade to VoIP products.

The P-Series PBX has more bang for the $$'s,
with regularly added updates and features than any PBX we have sold.
More Integrations and less clunky user interfaces than the others...

What do you dislike about the product?
The provisioning could have a more WYSYWIG setup like Netsapiens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AutoCLIP feature is a great way to win a sale while sitting across the table from the competition.

All the essential functions are here and more, Yeastar always push the limits and it is a reliable product

No line appearance one the phones, you need to work with call Park to share lines

Demand for voip solutions is higher and higher and the P-Séries is really up to date to the actual tendances

What do you like best about the product?
According to why choose Yeastar, it is for sustainability and very important functionalities to have the company's internal and external communications with very simple management, guaranteeing up to 3 years of hardware activity, providing confidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
what I don't like about Yeastar P-Series because it is limited to competing for more than 500 users as an upgrade to support up to 1000 users or 2000.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It should have greater development in the area of contact center to provide more detail and analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
The system is extremely feature-rich and most of the features don’t require any additional licensing. It offers visual call management, UC, and call center solution, with anywhere, anytime connectivity across desktops, mobiles, and browsers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to be disliked about the system. It works as intended.

Call management is very easy to control and set up.

Ease of implementation and management, in addition to good technical support. Vast technical material on homepage

There is a delay in technical support responses due to time zone difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have limited physical space and our equipment room is really small. With Yeastar we implemented the P-Series in the cloud and deactivated one of our on-premise PBX. Voice links were migrated to SIP Trunk, removing devices from the telephone operator. As a result, we do not have any voice devices on site. Now our rack is smaller!
It was a good experience to deal with Yeastar products & services.

Easy to implement , customer support, cheap & best compared to other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I have no dislikes and am eagerly waiting to engage with more products and services.
