Smart Connected Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I am able to pinpoint network problems faster and it increases my connectivity with the end user. Further the easy of using of this product is also something which makes you implement it faster
What do you dislike about the product?
It would been great if it can also provide customized action items after pointing issues

I am using it for SAAS and VoIP monitoring

This tool is very helpful if you want to proactively address the issues before it starts creating problems for the end customers. The user interface of this tool is very good and you can rapidly onboard a lot of your employees in using this tool

Wide coverage of cloud agents all over the world (including China!).
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the UI would be a bit more helpful in discovering configuration problems.

We are monitoring our web application performance from cloud agents worldwide.

Ability to monitor from almost any place on the globe. 
Ability to setup your own internal monitor which you can use to monitor internal services like DNS, packet loss & even throughput.
And kudos to their great support who are very responsive. The ability to chat with them is great as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is sometimes on the expensive side especially when you want to start monitoring from multiple places, the units go up very quickly. 
The documentation can be improved. However, its not a show stopper since their excellent support address most of your problems right away.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been monitoring our BGP infrastructure very extensively. BGP monitoring provides the best visibility for us and help us to identify & troubleshoot complex problems which are outside of our administrative domain and we had 0 visibility in there.
The other valuable thing is their Enterprise agents which have saves our life many times by identifying dns or link issues.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you purchase some Enterprise Agents (Internal Agents) so you can monitor your organization internally. The internal agents provide many options including DNS, TCP and packet loss monitoring.

TL;DR: Ease of use, nice webUI, very good performance, reporting and integration features
Very easy to set up, webUI is clear to understand without even reaching to help or support. Help docs are also clear and easy to read. Very good blogs introducing the use cases (and giving new ideas how to use this piece in your environment).
Reporting section is very good and highly customizeable. I also like possibility to just use the data via API and create my own stats and reports.
Best ever path visualization (hop-by hop multipoint tracaroute-like visualization of paths taken), great BGP peering overview, very good DNS visibility and health analysis, and many more...

What do you dislike about the product?
The two things I don't quite like, however understand why that is so, is the auto-scaling of all the plots that does not concern bottom to be zero and BGP routing analysis interval that is fixed to 15 minutes

Awesome Internet delivered products visibility from diferent regions of the Internet, helping to fill out black hole of Internet in regards to any incidents or performance issues + internal infrastructure monitoring with Enterprise Agents + cloud monitoring

What do you like best about the product?
The ease in setting up an enterprise agent anywhere in my environment, and granularity in the data you receive from a test.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more info windows available for all the different options you can pick from when creating things like tests, creating reports, and setting up dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in a hybrid cloud solution right now, and this product gives us network visibility into both the cloud and datacenter when network issues come up and we need it.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of troubleshooting. •	Direct and deduced metrics and network path visualizations based on information obtained point of view of end-user.   Alerting based on single or multiple conditions from single or multiple agents from my company or multiple other companies (for flows to a common internet SaaS).
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited number of endpoint agents. Does not provide: path visualization using internal names for links and routers; Visibility to devices in the path which do not have an IP (layer 3) instance along the path, typically switches; Specific device failure identification, i.e., the router’s CPU is over-utilized, the NIC’s link rate is misconfigured.

Various connectivity issues and troubleshooting application alerts. Speed in identifying  problems and proactive alerts.
