WSO2; effective identity manager
What do you like best about the product?
Wso2 helps us to manage user accounts on our resources and their roles.
It helps us to perform better by enabling easy login.
It has allowed us to use on sign in to login and access all our apps and resources, this saves us lots of time spent login in to all the different apps.
It has great and effective IAM and multi trust.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only dislike is that it's a bit complex to understand, it took me a long time and lots or reading up on the product documentation to figure it out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
wso2 has provided us with a secure common way to verify and authenticate requests on our applications.
It has given us the security capabilities to ensure that each user has access to the right resources.

What do you like best about the product?
Multiple features support managing and controlling various work and projects side by side. It's the best social data-containing software with all the fantastic and comprehensive technologies, fulfilling all customer needs and requirements.
It has both device and web applications for all users and customers.
This can be used as one location with excellent security to store and locate all your project-related information and access them anytime. Makes all your workflow centralized.

What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, it has been experienced or noticed that this software's licensing pricing has increased slightly. The features and the dashboard have not been updated for so long, making the software outdated and slower due to no regular updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A single location that offers a lot of features and amazing workflow techniques under one shelter with an outstanding level of security. Multiple project and work handling has been done so smoothly with this platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is complex when it comes to coding and programming it may take time to learn some of it's features and the pricing will be high to cater for this. Not so much of didlikybut atleast awareness before purchase.

I like how this tool is extensible, flexible and scalable.It offers password protection thus preventing unauthorized identity access to our organization applications, networks and website.It offers Single Sign-on capability.It is a reliable tool for consent and compliance management.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about WSO2 Identity Server is that it is filled with many valuable features like single sign-on, complete self-hosting, and session management, and it is available in open source.
What do you dislike about the product?
If we require many features like self-hosting, higher security services, and protocol translation, we need to go for a premium subscription. In the paid services, there are a few better alternative platforms like AWS, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use WSO2 Identity Server in my organization to manage the Identity of my clients and employees. Customer Onboarding, secure transfer of client data with the team, application process tracking kind of activities can be easily done with the help of WSO2 Identity Server.

WSO2 identity server is one of if not the best IAM servers out there. It supports a wide range of authentication protocols and standards including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and LDAP.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has a very steep learning curve. Due to its complexity it can be hard to set up and use. Sometimes, the documentation for this product is not comprehensive and can be confusing.

As it is a cloud-based system, the data imported and stored in this platform can be easily viewed by anyone at any time.
The signing process is also user-friendly for new users; proper manual documentation is available for easy data configuration, so there is no problem configuring and setting it up with your device.

The DB transaction process from one place to another within your organization is quite complex and cumbersome with this tool.
The workflow processing often becomes quite laggy and slower with heavily loaded data.

It has helped us reduce our time-consuming API transaction processes, file transferring management and other DB-based problems are solved with this. WSO2 Identity Server automatically identifies and authenticates to solve the problem of the server when connected.
THE IAM TOOL FOR THE BEST
What do you like best about the product?
WSO2 identity server, it comes with a loads of good features that is just more than good, and the best of then are comprehensive IAM ( IDENTITY AND ACCESS MANAGEMENT) functionality, then comes the SSO protocols like SAML 2.0, OpenID Connect, and OAuth 2.0, which allow users to log in once and access multiple functionality using different applications, then comes its Multi Tendency which allow users to customize things on their interests, its compelety open source which enables developers to perform their operations and help it make a better platform everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot to describe in this particular section, I miss this one feature of customer support, which would have been a bit additional good part of this platform as we have to head to the community page all the time we face a problem, but community is well organized and doubts are solved in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this tool to provide our users a safe ecosystem in which they can work, use our products without a single hesitation. And WSO2 Identity Server is the tool which is helping us achieve that target , it is such a comprehensive tool with all the good features I have mentioned above that is helping us on every day to reach our goal. THis tools comes with a different sets of applications, we have customized it according to the need of our organisation to utilise the best from it.
Perfectly implemented IAM solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like WSO2 Identity solution as it reduces the time and efforts required to maintain a Identity management system. It's highly secure and has seamless integration connectors to our existing systems. I'm impressed with the way it handles the different authentication protocols. SSO is the way we implement all the accesses in our organisation WSO2 has made this problem easy to solve.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Less detailed documentation - the learning curve for us to integrate was very high as we had lot to unanswered questions on how to integrate it with our systems.
2. Need frequent patches on the security vulnerabilities.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the organisation grows the access management to different systems gets tricker, WS02 helped us solve this with this issue by providing a SaaS offering. Users didn't complaint about any issues logging in to the SSO enabled systems.
