Strong PIM Platform built natively for SF
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Pimly for our clients over the last 1.5 years, and for the first time, our clients can have enterprise PIM capabilities within their Salesforce instances. The best part is that you can leverage your PIM across all clouds via APIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike but as a growing company, many areas of the documentation etc are still maturing.

What do you like best about the product?
Pimly's coming onto the market by providing users a Salesforce native product information management tool. They've done an elegant job of enabling Salesforce solutions such as Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud and others to have the best Product experience possible, without additional integrations. With the advent of Pimly, users are supercharged with the right contextual information when ordering, servicing or quoting. The beauty is in the single source of truth that doesn't require additional integration to Salesforce solutions, yet still allows syndication to/from other 3rd parties. Using Pimly to govern and syndicate their Product data is a game changer that your internal and external customers will thank you for.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish Pimly had come to market quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimly's solving the ability for Salesforce users to use Salesforce as a single source of truth for product information. We've also integrated this with Salesforce CPQ & Commerce Cloud to enable better user experiences.
Excellent Tool, Great Support Team
What do you like best about the product?
All of the different options Pimly allows for the categorization and organization of data within a highly customizable and dynamic application. The support teams are very knowledgeable in Salesforce and provide excellent service.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints-- The team continuously releases updates that improve the application's ease of use, add customizations and enhance connectivity with native Salesforce elements!

Pimly has provided us with a location to store and share our product data. The application structures enable our company to organize and define our data points. Being able to begin to organize our data points is helping us to define how we want our
