Manage Everything at One place with Pimly
What do you like best about the product?
This PIM application is fully developed on Salesforce technology, which gives additional extra power of all Salesforce clouds and also it is very easy to flow the data from Pimly to Sales Cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I faced a technical issue using Pimly, I raised a ticket, and their sales person connected with me rather than technical support person. I felt their support system was not so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It simplifies the complex product management catalogs. by providing sales teams easy access to critical and accurate product information which helps them personalize offerings and improve leads engagement.
Best PIM Application with Salesforce CRM Power
What do you like best about the product?
Pimly user interface is great it helps us to manage our product info in very less time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is little high as comapir to other alternative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It unified all product information like videos, images, technical specifications . This us help our businesses to achieve good control on their operations
PIMly helps CORT with quick and accurate product creation
What do you like best about the product?
Creating PIMly properties is simple and with tools like the Import Wizard updating those properties is quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
PIMly is relatively young application as of June 2024. Some of the features that would be helpful have just not been developed yet. But they are on the roadmap!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PIMly is decreasing the amount of time needed to introduce a new product or update an existing product in our ecosystem.

What do you like best about the product?
Pimly is exactly the Product Information Management (PIM) solution I’ve been searching for. After years of dealing with various PIM vendors and finding their offerings overpriced and underwhelming, discovering Pimly has been a game-changer for me. Built on Salesforce, a crucial part of our integration plans is to create a unique customer experience using Salesforce B2B Commerce and CPQ. The pricing finally aligns with the value, offering an affordable and efficient solution that enhances our business processes.
I’ve been impressed by Pimly’s commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Their responsiveness and proactive approach to updating the system have significantly optimized our workflow. The latest update to version 3.1, which includes templates for associating specific properties with particular product types, is particularly impressive. These enhancements make managing product information much more manageable and ensure that essential properties are correctly populated.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Pimly excels in many areas, it falls short in handling digital assets. Since it wasn’t designed as a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system, its capabilities in this area are somewhat limited. Improvements in how digital assets are managed would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimly has transformed our business operations by providing seamless integration with Salesforce, eliminating the need for an additional PIM integration. This direct integration simplifies product specification management, making our processes more efficient. Pimly's ability to handle data import and export quickly and accurately has been a game-changer, offering a reliable and cost-effective solution compared to pricier alternatives. Additionally, its scalability ensures it can grow with our business, making it a strategic choice for future expansions. Overall, Pimly reduces technical overhead and costs, making product data management a seamless part of our daily operations.
Native Salesforce Integration. Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Pimly is a great addition to our CRM. Our sales team absolutely loves the Image Carousel! The Pimly team has been wonderful to work with and have been very accommodating to our wish list.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, no downsides/dislikes about Pimly. We had a wishlist going into this project and the Pimly team has been very accomodating our needs/wants.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We went from having to manually upload/update a lot of product information in Salesforce to having all of this information easily integrated into Salesforce thanks to Pimly. We now have all the most up to date/accurate digital assets and product information at our fingertips.
Pimly allows our agents to be more efficient!
What do you like best about the product?
We love the product carousel! It allows our agents to view product packaging right within our CRM database without having to go into other systems to pull product info ie. the nutrition facts panel, ingredient statement, etc. This decreases call handle time and allows for 1 contact resolution.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there isn't anything I dislike about Pimly. It's great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is so much product information available to us internally and there are so many products in our portfolio, that we had to determine and select what would be most helpful to display to our agents in our CRM database without overloading them with unecessary information. Pimly allowed us to organize the massive amount of information and display only what we felt was necessary info and product/packaging images.

What do you like best about the product?
Pimly has been a total game changer for clients that we've worked with in the manufacturing space. It's allowed them to drastically reduce their time to revenue by making product data more accessible and easier to use and edit. Without having to introduce a new 3rd party app. They were also extremely helpful during our onboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there's not much to fault them for. The software is very easy to use and the customer experience has been excellent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimly has helped us optimize PIM inside of Salesforce, saving time and reducing internal errors.

We would love a real integration solution for Adobe InDesign (no one has that - that's not a Pimly issue - it's an Adobe issue)

What do you like best about the product?
Pimly is the Go-To PIM for every company using Salesforce for sales of products. Seamless integration of to current Salesforce data makes it a pleasure to create data and do updates for the Salesforce data. This is all due to the native relation of this PIM built on Salesforce. The support team is very helpful and with upload of data and integration willing to assist to get operational. With a UI operation available, the use of this PIMS is made easy to operate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently nothing to dislike. Still building on the great platform of Pimly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pimly is continuously growing, and new releases are available at regular intervals. They are exiting about the new features added and encourage their customers to give feedback and their experience of new additions.

We have seen nothing but positive impacts on our customers that choose Pimly as their PIM. The power it affords businesses on their Salesforce instance is priceless. The use of product information for orders, service, sales, and more within a company's Salesforce instance eliminates the burden of siloed data and empowers all teams to do their jobs in the system they are already using.

As a brand new product, Pimly's roadmap is continuously growing. They excel at transparency and solicit excitement from their customers about what features are to come.
