What do you like best about the product?
Being able to control everything we want, the ability to quickly build content, the branding controls, and the user experience is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way series of events are managed, the text editor is not good, there is also no good way to send 1 link to multiple organizations (deep links).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to build a learning culture and having an experience that is easy and delightful for our users is awesome.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really review your implementation and fields to ensure you actually need them or they make sense for your business

Flexible tool to build the LMS your clients needs

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it has so many features accessible to the user. Users (admins) can customize so many things with Intellum. It's easy to do our own branding and add it. I like that the tool is in constant evolution and that they keep adding more stuff. Also, the opportunity to add more and more modules to the system is a great +! I like the way their support team are always available to help us when we need them. One of the best thing for me is the ability to have access to the data I need. It brings our team to the next level as we are now more intelligence about the way we do business.

I like that I can give admin access to many users without have to pay every time. This way, my own users can generate their own report if they need one or add their own courses. I also like that we can integrate tools like mail chimp, zoom, google, and more! This way I don't have to duplicate the work from a tool to another and can automate a lot of communications directly in the system. Doing so makes it more appealing to the learners as well.

I simply love that we can create action links in the system. This allows us to save a lot of time booking trainings to our learners by making them click on a small link. Also helps us manage communications, I love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that there could be some amelioration to the admin user interface. It can be really hard to find the stuff you need (since they have so many options) for new users. It can discourage you if you are not good with technology in general. Also, I think that the onboarding of new admin is really hard to manage, the training is self-paced, but not custom (course integration to our LMS would help so that we can select what we need, when we need it for the learners we have to manage).

I think that the learner experience also need a small upgrade, in terms of helping my users navigate through the system. For example, adding a new user "walkthtoug" of the system might help them get more familiar with it. This way they can find the learning content they need more quickly without having to contact an admin. (I know that part of their learners experience is related to the way we program our internal content as well, but these small upgrades would make the difference).

Customizing fonts and text on a page would be a good addition to the tool. Particularly in the letter and page section of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping us track the completions of the courses we have available to our learners. And not only that, but identify potential issues with the courses themselves because of the data they give us access to.

I can be a 100% certain that someone will find a solution to my problems in a day or so. For example, last week I had an issue with the synchronization of reports with my Google Drive account and I got help from 2 technicians, the customer success associate and an engineer. They found the issue related to my account pretty quickly.

Also, when I first started using the tool, our customer success manager helped me and booked a customized meeting on a weekly basis to make sure I had all the information I needed to create the content I needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be aware that onboarding may take more time than you plan using this tool. Use the help system and the customer success manager as much as you can.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has enabled our agency to propell into the current ways of delivering learning. We are not better equipped to handle and deliver quality training to everyone in the agency. It is intuitive, easy to navigate, and has been a welcomed addition.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved the problem of having learning be a priority. Transitioning to a culture of continuous improvement and learning is a top priority and Intellum has been a huge support in that effort. The benefits of having a high capacity platform has really shown during the pandemic. More departments needed to shift to online learning and the LMS has really been able to support our growing workforce.

Robust, Easy-to-Use E-Learning Platform

What do you like best about the product?
Intellum's Exceed platform has a lot of versatility in their delivery of training content, is very visually clean, and has great customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There a some small, quirky functionality pieces that can cause me more time to complete a task, but I've seen many of those quirks being improved or getting resolved over time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivering needed training to staff and volunteers. It allows us to onboard and train with more efficiency, more consistency, less manual management, and to an audience that is rapidly growing and locationally spread.

What do you like best about the product?
Intellum is great for an organization that wants to streamline its learning content to reach a large audience. The curated content helps give the admin user a sense of how they want their paths and collections to flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intellum could be more intuitive in its user functionality. New admin users find the paths difficult to navigate to create content. The "how-to" videos are helpful, and the IT Support and Customer Service response are quick.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Intellum platform can reach a larger audience (if a company is spread across multiple states) than one person alone. Intellum offers many functions to create engaging and thoughtful content while also allowing admin users and senior leaders the ability to hold employees accountable by collecting reports about the users' completed paths.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand that Intellum is a platform to reach your companies audience, and with Intellum, you have the ability to create content that will captivate and engage your learners.

Quickly and easily produce high quality content and reach a huge audience

What do you like best about the product?
We like how easy it is to use the Intellum platform. Anyone can quickly begin setting up content that looks very high quality and professional. Even I, with zero creative ability, was able to quickly set up an entire learning path simply from assets that our Marketing Department already had available. We are able to leverage all sorts of different technologies and create many different kinds of unique content pieces. Excellent social interaction and a huge reach.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I dislike most about the Intellum platform is how the back end reporting works. It is not very intuitive and sometimes it is pretty limited to cross reference the information that I need to get. I have needed to reach out to our account rep several times for their help in custom reporting because the platform default does not support my current needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that we are solving with the Intellum platform is to ease the burden of work on our sales team. We have a very small sales staff that is expected to reach thousands of customers nationwide. It is simply an impossible task that Intellum helps them to accomplish. We can very quickly get information and new product training out to thousands of users. We can also train our internal staff. It has been notoriously challenging to get our internal staff trained in on new product releases, but the appeal and ease of use of Intellum makes that task much easier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't wait, there's no better solution out there, especially for the money. We looked at several different companies in the exploration phase and Intellum was by far the most qualified and professional of the options that we considered. if you're having any issues once you sign on to the platform, their customer support has always been top notch.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use from an admin and attendee perspective. As the client and admin, it was easy to learn how to use it on the back end and from an attendee experience it was easy to navigate. It allowed us to turn our in person event into a virtual event in less than 45 days while keeping in mind our goals (ease of use, content delivery, networking, gamification, etc).
What do you dislike about the product?
Some attendees registered multiple times creating confusion on the day of the event. Some also found ways to work around our gamification and earn additional points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intellum has helped us bring our in-person events virtually in a meaningful way that doesn't feel like another webinar.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Always discuss the bandwidth of the team who will help you. I've found that most vendors are extremely busy and over promise n what they can do, so always ask if the timing of your event overlaps with anything else that might take away support from your event.Also, if you plan to host multiple events or don't have a lot of internal support, you should discuss that early on so that you set expectations of the type of support you will need.

Strong LMS for customer training, great account support

What do you like best about the product?
Intellum has allowed us to scale our customer training quickly. We launched an academy with 7 hours of content that received high user ratings and won several industry awards. Their team provided hands-on onboarding, making it easy to get started. We appreciated both how secure and customizable the platform is, which allowed us to design nearly every essential component, from use of our logo, fonts, colors, icons and more. They also have great thought leadership resources on scaling learning and a helpful user conference.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had some challenges integrating our product with Intellum. It was resolved, and we had a unique set up, but in hindsight would have walked through the integration approach more explicitly with them upfront. There could also be more flexibility in displaying and segmenting content.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Intellum to scale our customer training.
