Amazing Support and Flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
The support team is by what has been the game changer for us. Working with previous learning management systems, our client management experience has been handled at a distance, through ticketing queues and client blogs. We meet regularly with our customer service manager and feel that our needs are not only heard but met.
What do you dislike about the product?
An AI connection to other elearning platforms outside of Evolve would really go far in helping our team have a more well-rounded learning inventory. We enjoy Evolve, but the majority of our team has more experience with other elearning authoring platforms and could see great benefits in the connection that Evolve provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intellum is helping team effectively manage and distribute our learning and development materials. We've also had a little experience with hosting live training with Intellum and look to expand that offering soon.
Intellum platform for better studies
What do you like best about the product?
Intellum platform is a fantastic platform for studies. The platform is easy to use and understand. The features are unique I have been using intellum for a year. Till now, my experience has been excellent. I would recommend this to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike as every feature is impressive on intellum compared to other platforms. It is user-friendly and unique. Intellum has so many features, which I have loved so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intellum platform offers many courses for studies, such as Big Query, Artificial intelligence, etc. The way it represents the study material is beneficial for the users.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Intellum for a year, and my experience is fantastic. How every content and course is made helps one understand the material and the topics. I would recommend this platform to everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about intellum platform. Everything on this Platform is beneficial, and I don't have any issues with any features on intellum platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making studies easier about google cloud topics, for example, security, Big Query, networking and so on. The best thing i like about this platform is it is user- friendly we don't face any issue while accessing the platform.
A variety of features, but needs streamlining and modernization
What do you like best about the product?
The robust set of features is great (but, at times, overwhelming). If you have extensive experience in LMS administration and are used to other legacy systems, you'll most likely be able to accomplish what you need in terms of publishing content and generating custom reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even with recent updates, the system feels a bit stuck in the past from both the administrative and learner sides. Visually, it does not look "modern" and can at times even feel clunky to use. Reporting continues to be extremely complex and could benefit from further refinement and simplification. You are still very limited in content-type that you are able to add to a path, and learners are becoming bored with the same visual presentation of learning paths and collections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ideally, Intellum should be a tool that provides us with meaningful learning metrics to use directly alongside our business KPIs to help us make informed decisions. In some cases, it does help us do that, but it can often be a painful process to get the information we need when we need it.
Our go to Learning Engine
What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is vital to our team and paramount to our organization. It's important any service that we work with to support our employees puts customer service first, and Intellum has always given us excellent support and guidance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The online help documentation is not as clear and straight-forward as we need sometimes. Our team doesn't want to always ask questions to get to the next step or try something new. Sometimes, it's important to the answers clearly guiding, and the repository for those answers has become harder to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Intellum to fuel our training and development programs. The intuitive interface allows our users to easily complete their assignments and our team to easily manage their progress.
My new gold standard for LMS
What do you like best about the product?
For the most part, Intellum has a fairly intuitive interface for both administrators and users. Controls are easy to find and backend settings are relatively straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
My biggest issues with Intellum is the lack of support community. The client base for Intellum includes some rather large organizations, many of which are also in my industry, unlike some learning management systems, there's no common space a community of users to discuss and trade best practices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team primarily uses Intellum to manage and distribute compliance global training across our company. Intellum helps us solves the question of how to effectively train hundreds of thousands of employees.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use Intellum mainly for e-learnings and onboardings for our Managers and Student Marketeers. It allows us to share interactive content with our users, avoiding the need to do 1:1 onboardings or inperson meetings
Game-changing Content Editing and Management in a Simple LMS
What do you like best about the product?
Intellum has a very user-friendly UI, requiring minimal training for both end-users and administrators of Exceed. Perhaps, the best feature with this LMS is the direct syncing capabilities with Evolve. Creating elearning content and engaging pages with an easy to use UX, free from SCORM is a wonder.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intellum has wide reporting capabilities but currently no medium by which to easily visualize that data. The only option to push the data to another location to be used by a third party solution. Having some means to internally display learning metrics would be a big add.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When need a centralized learning solution that allows our users to find and engage with active content. That platform also needs to be able to flexible enrollment functions and an easy to use UX.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is visually pleasing, easy to use, and has plenty of functionality.

It would be amazing to have more branding options for emails being triggered out of the system.

Intellum has enabled us to auto-enroll people in training as well as track completion and evaluate impact.

What do you like best about the product?
Intellum delivers excellent products like Exceed and Evolve but where the company truly excels is in offering a fantastic partnership through their CSMs and support channels. The UX for admins and end-users is clean, modern, and intuitive given that you get over the initial learning curve. We have been leveraging these products to deploy a number of educational programs, ranging from various e-learning modalities to virtual conferences. The platform has evolved a lot in the last two years and continues to grow through the opportunities and challenges provided by the times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of learner dashboards, limited custom fields, and some basic UI quirks can be bothersome but nothing that can't be fixed in the future releases except maybe the dashboard part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivery and tracking of Corporate training, be it Compliance, Sales onboarding, Skill-building, Manager development, or live workshops. The flexibility of the platform has been super helpful for us, where we are able to create programs targeting a unique set of users in various creative ways.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your research as the platform certainly has a learning curve. There is not much information available to the outside users, but once you partner with Intellum, you get access to the Experience site, CSM, and their support team, which all are excellent resources for the admins or anyone using the platform. As long as you have admins who are well-versed in implementing and maintaining modern learning platforms, you should be okay.
