Intellum fits our business
What do you like best about the product?
Intellum assigns a customer account rep for each business and that person dives deep into your business and really learns how you use their platform so can easily make suggestions of best practices and address any questions or concerns. The platform itself is very easy to use which is a big plus for a team of content writers that were not necessarily trained in authoring and are learning as we go.
What do you dislike about the product?
The simplicity of the platform can sometimes also be a negative in that the template is the template - there are not a lot of options for layout and look/feel inside an activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the Intellum Platform as our only knowledge base/content management AND as our only learning management system for our customer facing field employees. Both Sales and Customer Service employees rely on the training they receive and the content they can access in the tool to perform their day to day jobs. We also use it to communicate breaking news alerts because the users have been trained to check there first for info on any issues or important updates.

What do you like best about the product?
Their customer support is always so attentive and helpful. It is easy to set up and upload external SCORM files for e-learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the settings logic can be a bit confusing or can cause errors with retakes for failed activities or quizzes. Additionally, their report system (unless you pay for the insights) is not very user friendly and can be difficult to learn and use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us easily manage our customer education program.
Great functionality for customer education
What do you like best about the product?
Intellum has a huge range of options that allow you to strategize your customer education programme - credentials, reputation points, groups, action links.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intellum reporting is quite clunky and not very user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intellum allows us to put all of our customer training in one place, and have customers access training anywhere, anytime.

What do you like best about the product?
Our Polar Cloud Academy has been very well received by large and small school districts alike. Whether it's gamification for the students, or exciting certifications/badges to help onboard new teachers, Intellum's offering helps us close more business and provide a better, more professional solution to our customers.
Intellum's simple editor keeps our content looking modern and easy to consume. The "Learning Path" style flows make intuitive sense to our customers, and it's easy for them to see where they've left off, or jump in right where they need the most help.

What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints about this platform, been using for a year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Part of onboarding your customer is helping your customer onboard their own users. Intellum's setup alone helps provide that "white glove" level of care during the most crucial part of the buying process - the honeymoon phase and first few weeks of use.
Learning at scale for different teams
What do you like best about the product?
Having been on Intellum for a few years, we've slowly grown our content library with the inclusion of more teams across the business who are trying to scale their learning efforts and grow beyond the basic lunch and learns or powerpoint documents. The best parts of Intellum remain their support, ease of administration, and ability to seemlessly host different types of learning content.
What do you dislike about the product?
More intuitive search capabilities for Learners, similar to the Search capabilities on the back-end for Admins, and more up-to-date and better structured help resources for new and existing admins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intellum is helping our business reduce the number of platforms required to deliver different training or learning experiences to employees. While it doesn't solve for all the problems or make all stakeholders happy, no single platform does. Ultimately we are able to simplify the learner experience and have fewer data repositories for sources of the truth. This decreases costs while increasing efficiences.
Going the extra mile in support
What do you like best about the product?
Intellum has an outstanding Customer Support which act as a true partner to get your issues resolved in time and according to what's required
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the import csv functionality works a bit too complex. It would help to populate import templates with real time data rather than the current dummy data. This improves the export/import of data. When mistakes are made these can more easily addressed.

Ramping up our new hires in readiness; enabling existing staff to learn more about our business and processes; ensure we are compliant in various policies
Top-quality product that’s quick and easy to implement
What do you like best about the product?
Right at the top, the thing that stands out is the UX for end users. A bad user experience reflects poorly on the company, and Intellum by and far has the best learner experience we found in our LMS research. It was also the only platform we found that could support one learning environment with multiple audiences, so we can tailor content to different learner segments, all within the same instance.
The other reason we bought Intellum is because it’s so customizable. We can integrate it with our product and other systems easily and make it look more our own instead of out-of-the-box. We tried a lot of free trials with other platforms but couldn’t find anything that would get us what we were looking for quickly. It would’ve required a lot of work on our end to customize. With Intellum, we were able to get off the ground in ~6 weeks, including single sign-on, look and feel customizations, and integration with our own product.
The other reason we bought Intellum is because it’s so customizable. We can integrate it with our product and other systems easily and make it look more our own instead of out-of-the-box. Can’t say there’s been anything we dislike. The product is an excellent enterprise software, and the team has provided exceptional service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were considering building our own learning product, but found that Intellum provided a quicker route to market. It was also a more reliable, stable, and feature-rich product than if we built something ourselves.
An excellent platform for a great learning experience
What do you like best about the product?
The UI & UX. I find the platform very easy to use. Also, all it has all the functionalities we need for our induction programme.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any aspect in this regard. Everything is how I imagine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intellum helped us in the training process for new employees. We have a set of activities in the platform that colleagues go through. This makes the induction process intuitive and efficient.
Just another Learning Management System
What do you like best about the product?
The intellum platform really helped us up the game of the appearance of Academy. Using native features we were able to give it a sleek minimalistic design that we wanted it to have. We are also big fans of the less clicky inline content experience when using Evolve to create content - as opposed using a third party tool. Their built in authoring features are not bad either.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two main issues with the platform for us:
The navigation and administrative user interface is hard and un-intuitive to work with, requiring a lot of clicking and searching still after months of using it. Especially is the management of users, user groups and their visibility / rights.
All major work we could previously do our selves (stuff like customizing the end user interface, menus and navigations- setting up auto grouping for users etc) must all be done in the backend under consultancy hours from Intellum. And it takes a couple of tries for them to do it right.

Intellum was the platform of choice for us to go from a non-public to a public academy. It also solved some issues we had with notifications to learners and end user interface design.
Top tier learning experience for your learners
What do you like best about the product?
From planning to implementation and afterwards the team is beyond supportive. They're an absolute pleasure to work with and a team I can count on when I need assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is great as is Evolve but there is a bit of a learning curve when using Evolve. The only thing I would love is that if the pages element had a bit more flexibility in creation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me educate my retail partners so that we can see an increase in sales and rate of recommendation.
