Work order and asset tracking. Before there was no detailed list of asset and specficiation
used maximo and recommend it

some screens are not very user friendly for field users

preventive and predictive maintenance, GIS integration for Leaks. Can easily integrate to other systems. Has a lot of industry specific modules and functionality
I like Maximo work
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Maximo for its flexibility and start center set ups.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't assigned batch work orders to one worker out of the box set up. When I get 300 PM work orders to assign, I have to assign one work order to one worker at the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning work and creating work orders for PM's and RM work and assigning jobs.

Simplify Maximo set up.

My main focus in Maximo is the Asset management functions.

Older versions of the mobile products were somewhat lacking. looking forward to seeing new features

Inventory/Asset Management. Was able to reduce Inventory values over time
