Innovative privacy software that makes it easy to manage complex privacy issues
What do you like best about the product?
As a Data Protection Officer for a multinational corporation, I needed software that provided tools to manage both privacy and security. Securiti's wide range of both privacy and security modules bridge the gap between privacy and security and offer everything our organization needs in one platform. The Securiti platform is highly intuitive—allowing stakeholders across our organization to effortlessly navigate and learn all the different tools. The Securiti platform offers flexible options for small organizations, as well as global organizations in need of a global compliance program that must meet the tough demands of different privacy laws around the globe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company has been very happy with Securiti. Considering the amazing support from the Securiti team, I do not foresee many future problems!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securiti has enabled our organization to create a global privacy program. The simple design, coupled with the high capabilities such as connecting data stores, creating data maps and inventories, has allowed our company's privacy program to reach new levels that we did not think possible. Securiti's platform will allow our company to continue managing the challenges and regulatory hurdles posed by the upcoming privacy laws around the world.
The true leader in PrivacyOps
What do you like best about the product?
SECURITI is the leading PrivacyOps platform on the market and provides a DPO with all of the tools they need to manage their privacy programme. The key difference is that it was built from the data layer up and therefore is able to provide a comprehensive data governance platform across privacy and security.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't identified anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a single platform to manage all of our privacy and data protection requirements has significantly improved timeliness and reduced cost across a number of operational processes. The DSR module is a significant time saver in comparison with historical, manual processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The Data Subject Right (DSR) automation that collects personal data automatically in different data sources helps a lot in our daily challenge with LGPD. SECURITI.ai supports lots of different data sources, including structured and unstructured data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there is nothing I dislike about SECURITI.ai. Maybe one thing I can mention is that not every translation works well in the product. I am from Brazil and some words are not correctly translated to portuguese, but the fact that SECURITI.ai worried about the full translation of the platform to attend the Brazilian market is a good initiative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving important things in LGPD, such as: allowing data subjects to open requests, giving a quicker answer with DSR automation without the need to manually search for personal data in data sources, collecting consents over all forms, collecting cookie consents over our web site, analyzing our vendors with specific LGPD assessments and following the life-cycle of the risks created by those vendors after the assessments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We recommend SECURITI.ai to help companies facing the privacy obstacles that regulations creates. We also recommend companies to conduct a Proof of Concept before any purchase, because it is very important to closely analyze if the platform will indeed help the company somehow.
Great technical support
What do you like best about the product?
The technical assistance they provide in helping our team enhance the tool. Securiti.ai has great technical support in Brazil for its services and they provide confidence and assurance regarding their products. Privaci software, for instance, is a great managing tool for our privacy team and has been a great ally in providing our company with sure fire metrics and overall vision of the data we collect.
What do you dislike about the product?
so far, we've only experienced a small delay regarding the connection to our sources of data, but a problem that has been thoroughly accompanied and solved by Securiti.ai.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are solving the problem of lack of overall view of our sources of data and data in itself. Additionally, we can centralize all matters regarding privacy and data protection in one system, which contributes to our managing and strategics.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Securiti.ai has a great quality of support in Brazil and provides all the tools every privacy manager should implement in their companies, regardless of their business' sizes.

What do you like best about the product?
The solution is very easy to use and so intuitive... We really like the data discovery solution, I think it can help us a lot in this challenge, because we have data spread across several platforms, including on-premises and cloud environments, in addition to databases. However, it would be necessary to better calibrate the commercial proposal so that it becomes viable within the budget.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the interface could be a little more integrated... We got to know another solution and we thought that the interface seemed to have a greater evolution in the aspect of integration between the modules, mainly the management of requests for response to incidents. Perhaps this was due to the comparison with a competing solution, but that would not prevent us from continuing with a future acquisition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started to use cookie management in the browser, however we are studying to add new modules. Our DPO is evaluating the modules and comparing them with our scenario, because our operation is very focused on B2C, so we may not have enough requests that can justify the acquisition of a platform to control this demand. However, I believe that if we manage to make a financially attractive package feasible, it will be very valid to implement the entire Securiti.ai solution to help us in managing privacy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In the experience I had with the cookie management application, I can say that its implementation was very easy and fast. We implemented the cookie management module of Securiti.ai +6 months ago with the support of the partner LGPD2U from Ribeirão Preto-SP Brazil and we are very satisfied with the result.
The experience is being great, the product is easy to understand and has excellent features.

The process of interconnecting with the databases requires a specialist.

Speed of addressing the rights of the holders and management of the company's data mapping.

Application needs to better manage the amount of emails sent. Due to the amount of alerts, some privaci messages are blocked in the spam filter.
We did a data mapping work with an independent consultancy and we were unable to upload to Privaci the complete result of the data mapping due to the lack of all fields on Privaci.ai

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Application did not have a feature to manage cyber crises. We ask Securiti.ai to develop a module that allows immediate contact with everyone affected in an incident.
An important benefit is the decrease in the number of DBAs used to map PII in the bases. Application makes discovery easily and points out exactly the content to be deleted or changed

What do you like best about the product?
the amount of possibilities the platform offers, from supplier analysis to automated DSR with AI.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not a problem, but it is necessary to understand the logic of the platform and it can take some time (a day at most) to have everything working

Core data protection obligations to include data discovery and mapping, DSAR fulfillment, vendor risk assessments, and data breach management. The most significant benefits are being able to perform these functions better, faster, and cheaper.
