User-friendly interface, connection with various systems, and quick and efficient support for problem resolution or inquiries.

So far, I have no criticism of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The easy management of cookies and the deployment of DSR forms has brought us more security and transparency for our customers and suppliers. With the vast possibilities of connections to the systems, our response time to a DSR has decreased considerably.
Surprising Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The Management of Data Subject Requests (DSR), the Cookie Management, and the process of automatic Data search within the Institution's ecosystem are the points that greatly expedite the work of the DPO.
What do you dislike about the product?
A highlight is the constant evolutions that the platform offers, however, what I miss are some short videos showing these updates in practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The data mapping process is constant, and the improvements that Securiti has been implementing have made the daily monitoring of this stage easier.
Robust and simple solution to manage. Simple implementation and strong official support.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of managing and implementing. Central panel with the necessary information for daily tasks and supports the construction of the organization's internal process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The section for identifying the data subject could be better located. The button to access the subject's information is small. Access could be easier and more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management of the holders' requests has been resolved. Now we have traceability, a defined and improved request handling flow, and consent management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The tool demonstrates maturity in solving the proposed problem. Easy to use. Modular. Very aggressive pricing compared to some others on the market.

I'm using securiti as the foundation of my DPO as a Service offer.. And it clearly allows me to do more with less on data personal data discovery, data mapping, DSR, cookies and consent management, vendor risk management, incident response, policy management and other disciplines that makes a solid privacy governance program
Great Privacy Solution!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and well-thought out the platform is. The cookie consent and DSR modules have been a breeze to set up and they're very fully-featured. We like to refer to the data mapping and automation piece as Securiti.ai's "secret sauce" and it's a clear differentiator between them and other products, for sure!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't think of any downsides. We're really enjoying everything about this solution.

We needed a tool that helps us with our privacy operations. From responding to data subject access requests, to managing our cookie consent for our CCPA/GDPR requirements, all the way to vendor management. They're the sweet spot between a GRC solution and a *lot* of manual work in maintaining a privacy program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend diving deep into the data mapping piece and the automation piece. For us, it was a *clear* differentiator. Make sure you work with whomever is handling your demo to really show off how slick the automations are in conjunction with Data Subject Access Requests. Being able to map out and automate that workflow for disparate systems is KEY!

What do you like best about the product?
As a Data Protection Officer for a multinational corporation, I needed software that provided tools to manage both privacy and security. Securiti's wide range of both privacy and security modules bridge the gap between privacy and security and offer everything our organization needs in one platform. The Securiti platform is highly intuitive—allowing stakeholders across our organization to effortlessly navigate and learn all the different tools. The Securiti platform offers flexible options for small organizations, as well as global organizations in need of a global compliance program that must meet the tough demands of different privacy laws around the globe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company has been very happy with Securiti. Considering the amazing support from the Securiti team, I do not foresee many future problems!

Securiti has enabled our organization to create a global privacy program. The simple design, coupled with the high capabilities such as connecting data stores, creating data maps and inventories, has allowed our company's privacy program to reach new levels that we did not think possible. Securiti's platform will allow our company to continue managing the challenges and regulatory hurdles posed by the upcoming privacy laws around the world.
The true leader in PrivacyOps
What do you like best about the product?
SECURITI is the leading PrivacyOps platform on the market and provides a DPO with all of the tools they need to manage their privacy programme. The key difference is that it was built from the data layer up and therefore is able to provide a comprehensive data governance platform across privacy and security.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't identified anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a single platform to manage all of our privacy and data protection requirements has significantly improved timeliness and reduced cost across a number of operational processes. The DSR module is a significant time saver in comparison with historical, manual processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The Data Subject Right (DSR) automation that collects personal data automatically in different data sources helps a lot in our daily challenge with LGPD. SECURITI.ai supports lots of different data sources, including structured and unstructured data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there is nothing I dislike about SECURITI.ai. Maybe one thing I can mention is that not every translation works well in the product. I am from Brazil and some words are not correctly translated to portuguese, but the fact that SECURITI.ai worried about the full translation of the platform to attend the Brazilian market is a good initiative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving important things in LGPD, such as: allowing data subjects to open requests, giving a quicker answer with DSR automation without the need to manually search for personal data in data sources, collecting consents over all forms, collecting cookie consents over our web site, analyzing our vendors with specific LGPD assessments and following the life-cycle of the risks created by those vendors after the assessments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We recommend SECURITI.ai to help companies facing the privacy obstacles that regulations creates. We also recommend companies to conduct a Proof of Concept before any purchase, because it is very important to closely analyze if the platform will indeed help the company somehow.
