What do you like best about the product?
Partnership between the teams has been great and driving towards new capabilities with quick turnaround times has been impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There will always be new requirements, but they met the requirements we looked at during our POC.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to know where personal data resides within our platforms to mitigate risks and comply with various country laws.

I like the fact that the support team help you when needed plus the application is very independent and you can watch training videos within the app and figure out what to do

It's a bit complicated, but the training videos compensate for it.

We can connect it to our applications for data protection checks, plus we use it for assessments

What do you like best about the product?
The practicality of various tools and resources in a single platform, and compliance with the requirements of the LGPD. Possible automation of some tasks, visibility of processes and treatment activities, management of cookies and consents, documentation of operators and data subject requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
High investment required for the use of the Securiti platform modules.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized management on a single platform, visibility, automation, and the possibility of compliance with various aspects of the LGPD. The process of using the contracted modules of the tool is still underway.

The easy management of cookies and the deployment of DSR forms has brought us more security and transparency for our customers and suppliers. With the vast possibilities of connections to the systems, our response time to a DSR has decreased considerably.
Surprising Experience
What do you like best about the product?
The Management of Data Subject Requests (DSR), the Cookie Management, and the process of automatic Data search within the Institution's ecosystem are the points that greatly streamline the work of the DPO.
What do you dislike about the product?
A highlight is the constant evolutions that the platform offers, however, what I miss are some short videos showing these updates in practice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The process of data mapping is constant, and the improvements that Securiti has been implementing have facilitated the daily monitoring of this stage.
Robust and simple solution to manage. Simple implementation and strong official support.

The ease of managing and implementing. Central panel with the necessary information for daily tasks and supports the internal process construction of the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The section for identifying the data subject could be better located. The button for accessing the subject's information is small. It could be easier to access and more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The management of the holders' requests has been resolved. Now we have traceability, a defined and improved request handling flow, and consent management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The tool demonstrates maturity in solving the proposed problem. Easy to use. Modular. Very competitive price compared to some others in the market.

Sometimes, the speed that funcionalities evolve makes it hard to keep the pace

I'm using securiti as the foundation of my DPO as a Service offer.. And it clearly allows me to do more with less on data personal data discovery, data mapping, DSR, cookies and consent management, vendor risk management, incident response, policy management and other disciplines that makes a solid privacy governance program
Great Privacy Solution!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy and well-thought out the platform is. The cookie consent and DSR modules have been a breeze to set up and they're very fully-featured. We like to refer to the data mapping and automation piece as Securiti.ai's "secret sauce" and it's a clear differentiator between them and other products, for sure!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't think of any downsides. We're really enjoying everything about this solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a tool that helps us with our privacy operations. From responding to data subject access requests, to managing our cookie consent for our CCPA/GDPR requirements, all the way to vendor management. They're the sweet spot between a GRC solution and a *lot* of manual work in maintaining a privacy program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend diving deep into the data mapping piece and the automation piece. For us, it was a *clear* differentiator. Make sure you work with whomever is handling your demo to really show off how slick the automations are in conjunction with Data Subject Access Requests. Being able to map out and automate that workflow for disparate systems is KEY!
