User-Friendly with Great Integrations, But Needs Better Call Transfer and In-App Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use and offers helpful integration with the ATS. I appreciate receiving timely updates, whether through missed calls or email messages. The call quality is high, and text messages are delivered instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Transferring calls between the desktop and mobile versions often doesn't work as smoothly as it should. It would be much more convenient if the app or software displayed the number of calls made directly within the app, instead of requiring users to visit the website for reports. Additionally, having access to call recordings within the app or software itself would be extremely helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage Business Communications addresses the challenge of fragmented communication tools by combining voice, video, messaging, and conferencing within a single unified platform. This removes the hassle of managing several separate systems and enables smooth collaboration among teams, regardless of whether they are in the office or working remotely. Personally, I’ve found that this leads to easier coordination with vendors, contractors, and staff, as well as improved accessibility from any location and more streamlined communication overall. The integration with ATS and other business tools further helps keep conversations organized and ensures that important information is always within reach, which ultimately boosts productivity and responsiveness.
Reliable Calls to USA & Canada, Minor Signal Drops Occasionally
What do you like best about the product?
You can call to USA and Canada at anytime, even if you´re working remotley or having vacations with no issues at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don´t like is that sometimes the signal got loss even if you´re having a good connection but works most of the times pertfetly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There´s no need to get a cellphone with a sim card or buy a expensive mobile datas from your local country, only create a corporative user and call.
All-in-One Communication Made Easy, But Mobile Experience Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
Vonage brings everything into one place whether it is calling, messaging, video meetings, all in a single platform. so no need to jump between different tools and apps. Vonage helps in making communication smoother and less stressful especially when team are working remotely. Vonage is easy to use and set and you don't need to a telecom expert, it's admi portal is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it's fine but it's mobile and desktop app feel a bit clunky and inconsistent,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vonage is solving communication problem, particularly around keeping team connected and responsive and it doesn't matter what they are working from. It helps in managing multiple tools for messaging, meetings and calls. With the help of it, everything is connected into one platform which automatically helps in simplifying workflows and cut down on app switching.
Is very friendly and it does the function, easy to install

The web, desktop, and mobile applications are user-friendly, the portal is straightforward and the high-grade voice quality (HD Voice), calls are clear and consistent
What do you dislike about the product?
SMS functionality being unreliable, delayed, or outright shut down for extended periods due to technical or regulatory issues also it is difficult or impossible to export contacts or certain data from the system

We can add or remove users and features in minutes through the online admin portal, allowing the phone system to grow instantly with the company. Also, integrates with popular CRMs (like Salesforce) and productivity tools.

What do you like best about the product?
As a full stack developer, I integrate video calls and otp service, it's easy to use and easy integration and implementation
What do you dislike about the product?
As a startup owner I dislike the complicated accept the project. which lately I have e-learning project and I was need the video session and otp services but the support decline the project, I don't know why
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have e-learning project and need to setup video session and otp verification, and it was the best choice for me, because I know it easy to use and easy integration and the connections quality very good, which I used it in many projects as a developer in many companies, but unfortunately when I decide to use it in my own project after I integrate it they refuse it.
Vonage is Okay
What do you like best about the product?
Vonage has a great and easy-to-use platform, plus the reports are very simple and self-explanatory
What do you dislike about the product?
The least I found from Vonage was that sometimes their integration would fail and not record the phone calls in EzLynx, which made it hard to audit my team's performance
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My phone calls, inbound and outbound calls were my main activity at work and so vonage would let me dial out at any time to any of my clients.

Vonage Communications - Simple and reliable phones and phone system management
What do you like best about the product?
EASY to use, admin interface includes all items logs naturally, easy to swap phones and configure user accounts. The texting just worked, and was simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
the customer support was lackluster and it was a separate product- causing it to ultimately be too expensive for us to use and go for a more integrated solution. The texting doesnt include campaign messaging, so this was a feature we wanted to have as well.

phone call, texting solution. It was also used for internal pings and communications, but not we use teams. Every company needs a good calling/ texting platform.
Great cloud platform for Voice Calling, Messaging and Video calling
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Vonage at Pinnacle Technology to connect with candidates in United States as well as for internal group chats or call. As per my experience with other similar tools, i found Vonage is awesome to use as it is very easy to set up and use. second, the mobile app is genuinely awesome and you can use it anytime & anywhere. It has multiple features added which gives you all things in a single platform.

Texting issue sometimes as came back not delivered

It is helping us to stay connected with our US candidates as well as internal team members.

Vonage is er yeasy to use and very simple to implement. Even the customer support is fantastic

AI Driven features and Expensive compare to other service provider

Vonage system helped us in seamless communication with our customers and also gave good plans for international calling option
