Amplify Platform: Streamlined Integration with Room for Developer Experience Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
As a technical lead, I really appreciate how Amplify Platform simplifies integration and deployment. Its modular architecture, API-first design, and automation capabilities significantly reduce development time and operational overhead while maintaining high standards of scalability and security.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the Amplify Platform offers great flexibility and integration capabilities, some aspects of the developer experience could be more streamlined. For example, build and deployment processes can feel a bit rigid at times, and documentation or environment setup guidance could be more comprehensive, especially for complex use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a tech lead’s perspective, Amplify Platform is solving the complexity of managing multiple microservices, environments, and deployment pipelines. It brings standardization, governance, and visibility into the development lifecycle, helping our teams focus more on solution delivery rather than infrastructure setup and manual coordination.
Powerful Federated API Management, but Setup and Learning Curve Can Be Challenging
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Amplify is its federated architecture. It lets us manage APIs across multiple gateways, clouds, and on prem systems without forcing us to rip out what we already have. The discovery/catalog features help devs actually find existing APIs instead of rebuilding things.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup can be somewhat complex, especially when integrating with legacy systems or multiple clouds. Sometimes the learning curve for less-experienced team members is steep. Also, documentation exists but occasionally lacks deep examples for custom or edge use cases. The UI, while good, could be smoother in certain parts (e.g. onboarding external developers or configuring complicated workflows).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
API sprawl & fragmented environments: Amplify solves this by federating control and bringing visibility and governance across all of them. That means fewer surprises, less time wasted tracking what exists, and more reuse.

What I like best about the Amplify Platform is its user-friendly interface and powerful automation capabilities. It streamlines complex workflows, integrates seamlessly with various tools, and provides valuable insights through analytics. The platform’s flexibility and scalability make it easy to adapt to different business needs while maintaining great performance and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the Amplify Platform is powerful and versatile, I sometimes find that certain advanced features require a bit of a learning curve. Additionally, occasional system slowdowns or minor UI inconsistencies can affect the overall user experience. However, these are small issues compared to the platform’s overall capabilities and benefits.

The Amplify Platform helps solve challenges around managing multiple integrations, automating workflows, and improving data visibility. It centralizes operations, reduces manual effort, and ensures better communication across teams. By streamlining these processes, it saves time, minimizes errors, and boosts overall productivity and efficiency in daily tasks.

Amplify Platform is a game changer when it comes to streamlining workflows and boosting efficiency, ease of use, useful for sourcing companies and for organizations which focus on customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mm good question. I noticed that it is difficult to learn and not so easy to adapt, customization limitations, integration challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping in streamlined workflows, enhanced collaboration, data-driven decision making, and automation is the main aspect which helps me a lot.
A positive Experience while Amplify Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It transforms large and complex data fastily and provides different observations based on data to users like risk management, billing and reporting etc. This simply the business and deliver exceptional client experience. Whichever firm and financial advisors need to understand their trading data this platform is a must.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platform still needs to upgrade to a level so that it can provide its services to large scale IBDs. I worked with a client that had a large scale IBDs ,they simply mentioned our data is so large and complex with getting updated every second and its sometimes get very difficult to manage that on this platform. They told that they very high performing systems to use this platform. If a system is of intel core i5 gen, then system gets hang as other tasks also runs in background.

Is helping me view the data is more simplified way and its easier to understand data with suggestions of risk management
