Zscaler - best private access software
What do you like best about the product?
It has all the private access function that you need in your software. As long as you need it for your organiztion to restrict access for internet as well as intranet.
What do you dislike about the product?
It sometimes does not provided with good connectivity. Also if internet connectivity is low then also it takes too much times to connect and connect intermittently.

What do you like best about the product?
Helps secure connection access with multiple authentication feature
Need to authenticate on daily basis which leads to access of multiple office softwares and tools integration
We have a password + 2 digit code authentication system installed for more secured access

What do you dislike about the product?
Daily authentication is sometimes a bothersome job especially when one is in a hurry to log in system or a specific tool.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it to access every integrated software and tool allowed for us for daily job activities

Top Preferred security platform
What do you like best about the product?
in covid and after also work from home is increased rapidly, but recurring desktop and some of the cloud platforms which are avaiiable only at company premises, for infra team it becomes a hetic problem and our clients needs to login our sales platform as well as billing platform for approvals but with home and local network it won't possible then ZPA makes our way very easy to overcome this problem, in additionally we can assign private access to only certian who requires only.
What do you dislike about the product?
With Zscalar internet speed needs to high or else it won't open the sites and sometimes it takesmuch time for connecting also, its need to be fix with compare current marketers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing acess to certain users for cloud platforms which are very sensitive and blocking the usage of application at personal laptops of users, and also helps in avoiding the users to open harmful websites in company laptop too.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best replacement of VPN, in covid it plays a majr role, we have an RD System for backup across the world users for the same system have access but it is need to be acessible at company premises as data is very sensitive but in covid we need to work from home and using different network providers, so Data breache will happen with the ZPA we achieved security and ZScalar have Public access too as it is mandatory to block sites for not to open in company laptop, with the help ZPA we can assign the related users for private access. finally I can its help us a lot in security wise and from Data Threats.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile network and internet speed needs to minimal or else it won't allow us to work, it doesn't allow client IP's visibility also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal Network access for employees, performance and analytics provided by Zscalar Dashboard, access for all entire organization and Blocakge of threat related sites while opening.

The problem is, it can get confusing to find the correct page for your configuration

We could control who has access to which ip ranges and to which urls. We could configure it for individual users or for the entire group
Best ZTNA solution out in the market
What do you like best about the product?
It's reliability. We never have any major issues after switching to zscaler. It's really simple to manage and for user it doesn't require any action to be done. Additionally it provides internet security with private access. There aren't many ztna secure solutions out there in market.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had an issues with solidworks communicating with pdm vault when users were WFH. We had to switch to global protect. Zscaler had issues with speed of software which was affecting our engineers. Other than that once I had issue where I made copy of my OS and deployed to another desktop. Zscaler started breaking up. Might be one of the bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits us for providing remote users access to on prem resources. Our productivity was going down with VPN. We had to make a switch. Internal tickets about connectivity have gone really done with zscaler.
Even with troubleshooting, zscaler have an easy of generating logs. which helps the support team.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Zscaler is how simple and unique it is from other VPNs . It gives more of a corporate view meant for serious business even from its user interface
What do you dislike about the product?
For Zscaler to be able to browse smoothly you will need to have a very strong internet connection to be able to enjoy its full utility, unlike other VPNs that do not require that many resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps users get access to their specified organizational resources when they are not in the office and are connected remotely from home
Zscaler is better than any other except for one critical issue
What do you like best about the product?
Allows me to have more robust internet connection. Others even with a slightest network drop will end up fully disconnecting and I have to reconnect. Because I also use five9 soft phone that meant hard drops and lost calls. With this I don't and have had much higher reliably and fewer dropped calls
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems to change the network ip address. This causes me to be unable to connect or find out the true iP address. This has made it difficult to use remote access software or include this info in my tickets. If this was fixed it be perfect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They allow me to quickly access network and not remember to sign in boot pc it's ready. I don't have internet drops and it's saved me hassle or frustration. I really love this program over pulse

I have worked on ZIA, ZPA products in zsclaer, they work seamlessly, also provides complet security.

Nothing much to dislike the product in my 4 years of zscaler

When users need to connect application while working from home or anywhere securitly this has resolved with zpa solution.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very effective in securing user data and communication from my device through LAN, Wifi or any other shared networks. It looks like the only next-generation platform to have and work on.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application slows down the performance of the laptop or system. Also, it shows up connectivity issues even if there is a minute network fluctuation. One thing can be improved is the connectivity to the network.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zscaler has helped in eliminating unauthorized access in multiple instances and it has helped me to keep the user data uncorpromised. This in turn has provided a hassle free and secure organization setup to work on a daily basis.
