One of the best Could Security Platform in this season
What do you like best about the product?
Mostly everything from security point of view.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes it automatically disconnects the private connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving a secure internal network access when working from home.
Top notch security solution
What do you like best about the product?
Zscaler cloud security gives unparalleled protection with ease of use and it's integration with different platforms is make it's unique. Since,It has got some industry best features in it, it promises best protection among all. They have got a good customer support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Few users might get some issue with pricing. The cost might be a factor that potential users need to carefully weigh against their budget constraints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in web filtering, threath intelligence and has a diverse security approach. It has helped me in safgaurding digital assets. Team has recently shifted to zscaler private access and it is seamless and less time consuming.
Zero Trust Network Architecture
What do you like best about the product?
ZPA creates a Zero Trust Architecture which provides secure access to remote users without exposing application information on the Internet. Also, ZPA always connects with the right entities all the users can not see all applications without access. Its better than any VPN.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I have not faced any kind of issues with disliking ZPA
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have around 4000 internal applications and multiple vendors need access to those applications. We are using ZPA to provide application access to vendors based on the business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Zscaler Private Access is a software that can completely replace VPNs. The zero trust direct-to-the-application approach reduces latency between hops and provides secure access into applications in the environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zscaler Private Access has an extremely steep learning curve with admins requiring a lot of training to become familiar with setup and configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zscaler Private Access allows us to cut out VPNs and connect directly to the applications we use. This increases security and minimizes latency for remote employees.

Nothing for now. Product is fantastic with no issues for now.

Very useful, as best cloud base security feature. Implementation is easy. Customer suppot is available always. We use very frequently in infra as daily operate . Inegration is easy as well

We never faced any difficulties with Zscaler private access so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enabled us to access our organization applications from anywhere. We able to access sap, intranet etc. from home, branch office etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Zscaler helps to configure a System that blocks malware and helps users to be safe from malicious software affecting the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you would like to disable Zscaler once after enabling it, you need a password which is really hard to get because you need to contact the admin for the password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zscaler is blocking malicious software from affecting the system and monitoring when online scanning malware
Not really satisfied with its service
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Zscaler is that it's a safe platform. I haven't had any issues with it in terms of security.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to use. It doesn't work as a normal VPN.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't had any problem so far.
