What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it is tightly connected to NX CAD.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performing multi-physics analyses and transfering files can be still a little difficult.

All multi-parametric, multi-physics problems with high level of automation

As an academic institute we do not have licence issues but i can imagine that having to look for licences is tedios.

What do you like best about the product?
Simcenter 3D can integrate multiple physics simulations, allowing for comprehensive analysis of complex interactions between structural, thermal, fluid, and other systems onboard naval vessels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software can be complex, requiring significant expertise and training to use effectively. This can pose an issue for training new team members who are unfamiliar with the tool and to get the full benefit of the tool.

We use Simcenter 3D for a variety of reasons. The simcenter suite is utilized for creating digital twins and helping connect the model and data to a physical SIL.

Surface command is not user friendly which is the only thing to dislike in it.

Simcenter 3d can be benefit in product performance and optimization it can simulate and analyze the product performance for various products and system. I can optimize product performance, improve reliability, and reduce the risk of failure.
