What do you like best about the product?
Simcenter 3d's open environment offers flexibility and aids in improving understanding of the product.
almost all items are covered, with simulations ranging from complex structural analysis to acoustic, composite, CFD, and electromagnetic analysis.
Run time is greatly reduced by efficient meshing.
Additionally, optimisation techniques help with savings and are incredibly user-friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?
It is a new segment of software. More training sessions and online webinars should be held in order to gain market share.If correctly marketed, the programme has the potential to become the industry leader in the CAE category.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simcenter's thermal and electromagnetic simulation tools are expertly crafted to optimise product design, and the results are incredibly precise and dependable for our project.

Happy with NVH and Correlation Abilities
What do you like best about the product?
NVH module is good and seems to be more accurate. Integration with test solution gives a good hold on the results to evaluate in terms of details and comparison.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning content is really basic and the troubleshooting part is not comprehensive to help out the user quickly. Support ecosystem is not responsive enough to resolve the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simulation problems with multi-body systems and NVH problems with gears and transmissions with respect to multiple configurations including engines as well as motors.

In This software the modal creation is very easy and very handy and it is similar to other kind of simulation software

Too many licensing tools.....they should sum up to fewer modules to reduce confusion

It gives realistic view of your designed product hence it will help us to take decision in certain aspects
A tool intergrating advanced 3D modeling & CAE
What do you like best about the product?
All functions in designing a product are put into one tool, from 3D modeling, preprocessing in CAE to post -processing. Other tools do not have all capabilities into one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Advanced meshing techniques should be added into simcenter 3D. User Interface is complex & it can be made better to understand. Detailed online tutorials would be more useful.

process from model to simulation is very clear, easy to mesh

mesh complex model is not easy, the mesh quality is bad and can't easy to control

parallel solver seems not available or results not good in CFD, fortunately series solving speed can be acceptable, the results can match measurement well
