Best Site to deploy your react projects
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing is it allows us to host unlimited sites without any charges. The free tier is sufficient enough to host a small traffic website without any charges. Netlify Function is the next big thing here. I have used it to automate many of my programs, you can use it as a bot to perform a lot of tasks. Netlify Forms is again a better way to handle the form submission on your websites, it is the simplest solution i have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike in Netlify, but one thing which might be improved is the ability to host node js sites, as that can open it to more complex projects. Limit for form submission can be another thing to be improved, as 100 is too low.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have used it to host my personal website, with free SSL, which is such a sweet deal. I have also utilized Netlify Functions to host several of my bots connected to slack and telegram for free.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can use it to host your static sites its the best offering right now.
Fastest and easy hosting provider for web applications using technologies like React
What do you like best about the product?
The main thing I like in netlify is its continuous auto integration of dynamic builds from github, bitbucket or anyother version control systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not found anything yet. Even the docs are also great for beginners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using netlify to host development builds of all the client projects in my company.
My new favorite host
What do you like best about the product?
How quick it is to setup and get deployments running, as well as the features and settings available out of the gate (like custom domain names)
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't offer an SSR option (at least for Vue/Nuxt)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Netlify for SSG of Nuxt websites but starting to use them for other types of sites as well. The deployment speed from start to finish and the ease of use really sold me.
Impressive and powerful hosting solution for any Jamstack project
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to set up and go live, very generous free plan, custom domains, ease of use administration dashboard, cloud functions - everything you need for most projects. The redirects module is potent and yet quite simple to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see better integration with the authentication layer out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefits are - fast cloud hosting with API functionality, seamless GitHub integration for deployment, which is genuinely more rapid than other providers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy and straightforward to get started and get results in a relatively short time. Their services are constantly getting better and evolving with more needed features.
Easy and not expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Netlify offer the CI solution with github integration, also the possibility to add forms backend less. I love also the different integration possibilities like with Contentful, slack,...
And all this with a small price
And all this with a small price
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the fact that you need to pay for an extra collaborators
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Netlify offers a complete solution. I use it for all my react projects. It helps me to save a lot of time
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I will recommend it without any hesitation
allows me to create and host my websites in a fairly simple, simple and fast way
What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to use, it allows me to create and host my websites in a fairly simple, simple and fast way. Regarding the design of the website, it is provided with functions that allow me to design the page from scratch, being able to use html to achieve a better finish, configuring everything to be able to use it easily can be done even with closed eyes, if we talk about costs its price is quite accessible which makes it an excellent ally for small companies that still do not have enough capital to acquire more recognized application services.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, I can't think of anything that I dislike about using this application. I think it is very well thought out and designed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I only used it once and it was to create my company's website and really that time I used it it seemed a fairly accessible and comfortable option to use, however I have not proposed to continue editing the website for I think it still looks good, but when I make the decision to accommodate it, rest assured that I will use this application again.
Tool for empowered dev teams
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite thing about Netlify is the ease of integration with any GitHub repository, it only takes developer a few clicks, and his CI/CD environment is ready. It enabled my team with fast builds, and awesome features like build previews upon pull requests. That saved a large amount of time when reviewing my colleague's code. Also, Netlify functions enabled us to have smaller server-side code helpers developing and running very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Publishing branch deploy will publish that build as it was master, not regarding my subdomain. It would be much better if the branch publishes could only reflect on the branch subdomain. Also, in the past, we had situations where our packages were not always updated and package.json and package-lock.json files weren't regarded, we contacted the support and they manually cleared out the cache on our build, but soon after that package updates were working as expected.
The most frustrating thing happened with some occasional downtimes when clients are expecting our products to be online, and the only thing we can do is wait and hope Netlify teams fix it soon. Lately, downtimes are quite rare.
When it comes to the product design, Netlify's latest front page UI seems kind of odd, and in contrast with the dashboard and I don't like it that light.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Netlify we had to set up a Linux server to host our frontend app and then create a Jenkins build to automatically deploy on any merge to master or staging branch. Netlify simplified a whole lot of work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Save your time and yourself from frustration managing various Jenkins builds. Set up your Netlify builds in a matter of minutes and forget about it. Use Slack notifications for build alerts and enjoy.
Excellent application, easy to use and with a great support team
What do you like best about the product?
It is relatively easy to use, it has good documentation and in general, it just works. It's excellent for rapid prototyping and it has a very helpful support team. I usually use it in combination with GitHub and I find this combination to be powerful enough to keep coming back to it. To add custom domains it's a breeze as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is to high for certain use cases, for example for single sites that need registration. Also, the build minutes metric adds useless complexity to the pricing structure. Also, the Netlify CMS looks like an unfinished product (even for an opensource project).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to set up simple websites fast, mostly by using the GitHub integration for running static sites built with Gatsby.js. It's a simple workflow that can help lunch products fast.
Fast and Reliable
What do you like best about the product?
It's free and can be deployed straight from Github. The command line interface makes it easy and fast to use for developers like myself. Another great plus is that I can host many sites via Netlify, and its so fast to deploy another one straight from the command line.
The starter plan is great as one is given all the features and tools needed to realize how powerful the platform can be. The plug-in tools, such as submit site map to google, are priceless for keeping our site known to the users of the internet. Another great tool is the checklinks, and no more 404, which helps keep our site's connections in check so we don't have any broken links as our project gets bigger.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the free tier was larger, so that we could have longer build times for larger projects. The documentation could be slightly improved, as it was unclear what key was needed to link a build to a site. The docs were using different terms, and that was ambiguous.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving our own checkout flow, email subscription flow, and landing pages. With Netlify we could create our own sandbox and development site for sales funnel, starting from a landing page and ending at a checkout. If the user drops, we have his email and can deploy serverless functions with AWS step functions to re-engage the user.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get the command line interface and learn it. That's a great way to start.
The community on Github have great examples that you can run through to get a grasp of how implement netlify and interface it with other services.
I'd recommend building sites locally and only pushing them to a Git master branch deployed on Netlify when there is a significant update. That way to don't eat your free build time for small little deployments and developments. If this doesn't make sense to you, there are definitely some tutorials out there on Github and branching.

Redefining the web hosting landscape
What do you like best about the product?
The JAMstack methodology has changed the way websites are made for many designers and developers. Netlify's developer experience, git integrations, and atomic deployment are a dream to use. Authentication, SSL certificates and DNS are built in and easy to use as well. Their documentation and community focus are unmatched amongst their competitors. NetlifyCMS is a great start on a git powered CMS that requires no actual database.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform started with an extremely generous free plan and has become more restrictive as time goes on. Netlify need to make money but it'd be nice to get the same benefits as when I signed up. Lambda functions are a nice feature but easier to use on Zeit/Vercel. Builds can take a long time for bigger sites with a lot of pages, support for incremental builds is not easy to do with current static site generators or CMS platforms. The expectations of features from Wordpress are not fully mirrored by Netlify yet but is getting closer with NetlifyCMS, TinaCMS, and other software. Using Netlify correctly requires integrating with external APIs or services and requires other services, hosting platforms or databases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast performance, improved security, and easy deployment are built into Netlify's core functionality. I can make sites in less time and with less backend headaches than before Netlify existed.
