What do you like best about the product?
Shape AI fraud engine and shape enterprise defense system are best in the industry
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. But I hope they will bring cloud security products also

Ransomware prevention and application security

It stops automated web and mobile application attacks, like credential stuffing, content scraping, and application-layer DDoS, that bypass existing defenses.
What do you dislike about the product?
More expensive compared to other products
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is more reliable in solving most of the zero day attacks in cloud and on-premise.
Good product looking forward to have a better product/solution in conjunction with F5's ASM

More options, security than F5's ASM .

GUI needs to be more attractive or if we can have it under F5 would be better
