Great took for live tracking of your goods
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool in first place which gives the live tracking and estimates the arrival based on current globcal situation. from my past experience of 6months using this tool, i can say its accuracy is 95% while tracking the shipments which is outstanding in the current global issues we are in
What do you dislike about the product?
I like to have more insights based on user requirements like if the customer is receiving the material from same vendor again and again it should give him the details on his dashbaord without him checking

I am a production and material planner, fourkites helps me to estimate the availability of RM for my production and deliverables to my customer.

What do you like best about the product?
The value it adds to our supply chain visibility which helps business teams with decision making. Real time visibility helps resolve customer service queries more effectively and predictive ETA removes human error and judgment based ETA communication with customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
Product and product support needs to mature. Support resources need to know their product much better. Pricing can be worked upon as well to cater clientele from Emerging economies like GCC, Asia and South East Asia.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing Real time visibility of our ocean freight container movements and predictive ETA's. These information help address market and end customer queries effectively.
The predictive ETA has helped fine tune our re-ordering logic and reduced working capital blocked in inventories in transit.

What do you like best about the product?
FourKites Customer Success team is very responsive, technical support is quick to respond and resolve issues and overall FourKites is dedicated to helping improve carrier compliance and to trouble-shooting issues with carriers. The FourKites team goes above and beyond to help us fully utilize their real-time visibility solution to improve service to our customers. All of our FourKites contacts are highly professional and a pleasure to work with. The user interface is easy to use and intuitive even to first-time users. Carrier onboarding is simple. The real-time visibility solution was easy to implement and carrier integration was/is simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't speak to any downsides specific to FourKites. Their data is only as good as the carriers' data. Some carriers are difficult to get onboarded, especially for cross-border shipments. But that is not a FourKites' issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FourKites is helping us step up service to our customers by eliminating back-and-forth email traffic to provide load updates to customers. They are also helping us resolve issues with carrier compliance. We are always seeing enhancements to the product making it easier and easier to use with every upgrade/enhancement. It is obvious they listen to their customers' suggestions for improvement.
A solution for supply chain visibility and tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Fourkites is a clear and simple program that contains a wealth of information that has been put into an order that it is not daunting to you, to users. At the same time, it is a living thing that keeps changing to meet the corporate needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I see lots in a list, it is more enjoyable to me if they are more colorful blockings or alternating. Those who have poor eyesight, the current system is hard for them to use. I should also point out, to be useful, carrier compliance is a critical factor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am the one who is responsible for tracking the loads and the one who is responsible for keeping the clients updated. In other cases, instead of browsing one load at each moment, I like the idea to filter out a certain load by the shipper/port. It is great that the dashload can be recovered and that the loads are sorted based on their importance. It is comforting to me to know that fact.

What do you like best about the product?
Working with a lot of shipments can be sometimes confusing and stressfull, as you know, managing time schedules, arrival expectations and more, depend on variables that we can sometimes not control, Four Kites gives you a great at a glance, live tracking information for planning and KPI reporting.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, it was a bit confusing, but it didn't take me long before I understood the platform.

It helps us plan ahead in time schedules, arrivales and ETA for deliveries.

What do you like best about the product?
Personally I like FourKites because it help automate the processes and helps track from supplier to distributor.

I feel the thing that is hardest about fourkites is the setup. It does take a level of technical knowledge to setup and troubleshoot.

The main thing fourkites has help us solve is the supply chain delays. This has benefited me because we can help alert customers of any delays we may have.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface, it is so user-friendly and very interactive, it runs very smoothly, and the platform allows you to see multiple loads and see updates in an accurate and timely manner. very good for beginners and experts in tracking
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the old legacy version was a little simpler and focused on the customer side but the new design allows us to see the over-the-road information under the display menu,so I enjoy using this on my everyday tasks

Of course, it is a great tool to contribute to the daily monitoring of loads and to provide real-time updates to clients. which allows visibility on both ends, the platform also allows integration with Aljex and Relay which enhances the experience by providing a fully immersive experience when tracking freight
Simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the amount of time it saves me not having to update customers on a daily / hourly basis. It was very easy to set up and to intregrate with our exisiting ELD. Customer support was very quick to help us connect with our customers. It use it every day but it only takes a few minutes and i'm dont with tracking for the day. You can set up as many filters as you want so you can quickly find the shipments you are looking for without having to scroll through all of them

I can be a little slow to load sometimes
