Simple and transparent contract management
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest advantage of Gatekeeper is that it manages contract records in an extremely user-friendly way. Automated notifications help ensure that nothing slips past deadlines, and documents are easy to retrieve. The reporting function is especially useful for management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the customization options are limited, especially when setting up fields for different contract types. In addition, the system sometimes slows down with larger data sets, which degrades the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Intransparent contract management: Previously, documents were scattered, in different folders and tables.
- Forgetting about expiration dates: There was no automatic notification of expiring or renewing contracts.
- Information gap between users: Contract management was not available to all affected colleagues.
- Delayed approval processes: Paper-based or email-based processes slowed down decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is a really good for the contract management. Very good support and easy integration. Easy for implementation

Nothing to dislike as of now. If anything i found, I'll update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was one of the easiest software implementations I have been involved with. Much of the setup work was able to be completed without direct involvement from Gatekeeper.
Best tool for contract management
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and has a beautiful user interface. It helps me keep an eye on every contract.It is easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is also difficult to customize also a little bit expensive.

Using gatekeeper i do not have to worry about contract managenet.I have to not look on 10 different tools to manage my vendor and contracts.

What do you like best about the product?
Gatekeeper has allowed me to manage contracts more quickly and perfectly, legally and as required, while also allowing me to manage electronic signatures without having to contact third parties. The pre-designed templates and automation streamline processes and make everything easier to complete, ensuring that none of the important information is left out of the contract.

It is a very useful platform with unique processes that have reduced the workload without causing any major issues or failures.

It is beneficial for reducing the workload and making contract compliance much easier.
Really helpful for keeping contracts and vendors in check
What do you like best about the product?
I like how Gatekeeper keeps everything in one place. It helps me manage all my contracts and vendors without needing ten different tools or reminders. What I found especially helpful is how it sends alerts before a contract ends or needs to be renewed. I also like that it’s not too hard to use. After playing around with it for a bit, I got used to it. The layout is clean and I don’t get lost trying to find stuff

It took me a little while to figure out how to set up some things, like the workflows. But, once I figured it out, it got easier, but the beginning part was a bit slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before I used Gatekeeper, I had contracts stored in emails, folders, and spreadsheets. It was all over the place. I kept forgetting renewal dates or having to search everywhere just to find one file. Now I log in, and everything’s right there, the contracts, reminders, vendor details, all in one spot. I don’t miss important dates anymore and that’s a big relief.

The main downside of Gatekeeper is the setup for more complex workflows, which can be a bit tricky without extra help. Some users also find the reporting features not as flexible as they’d like, especially when it comes to pulling specific data.

New user to using the Gatekeeper program
What do you like best about the product?
Personally, the use of the application shows the ease in my case to process contracts in an efficient way, the questions are clear and precise, the follow-up and sending of emails for my company's notifications arrive instantly, the things to highlight the transparency in my organization's approvals, being able to upload more documents to facilitate and viewing of documents, when using the application more frequently it is easier than the previous times!
What do you dislike about the product?
The language, in general the language should be changed in all the sections, maybe there is a place where you can change it, I have not discovered it yet.
