KTern.AI works very well. It responds fast and without any problems. The team is smart, dedicated, and always on time. I really like how they support us.

Nothing. I do not have any issues so far

KTern.AI is helping us assess our current SAP system in detail. It gives us a clear picture of what we have and what needs to be improved before migrating to RISE with SAP. This saves us time, reduces manual work, and helps us plan the migration better with fewer risks.

What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about KTern is how easy it is to use and get started with. The Customer Success team is super responsive and proactive, and it fits in well with our existing tools. We use it pretty frequently, and it covers most of the features we need without being overwhelming.

Nothing in particular so far, still exploring all the features.

KTern.AI is helping us simplify complex SAP implementations and reduce manual efforts by automating key processes. It’s making onboarding faster and smoother, catching issues early with better testing, and improving overall project visibility. This saves us time, cuts down errors, and keeps everyone on the same page, which really boosts our productivity.

One Stop solution for S/4HANA Transformation programs
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and efficient way to manage large scale transformation programs meticulously. The insights it brings on to the table helped facilitate our transformation in a smooth manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much I could think of, it really had end to end functionality to drive S/4 transformation right from assessment, test scenarios, release impact, process modeller etc..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were unclear on the impact of custom codes we developed in the legacy ECC system when we transform to S/4HANA. KTERN.AI really helped us to declutter the unnecessary custom codes and helped us to focus on the really impacted custom codes. It also helped us to adopt a clean core strategy in place.
