Extremely Disappointing Experience—No Access and No Support!

I purchased the Supabase Annual Commits plan on May 22nd. Today is May 27th, and I still haven’t received any registration email. This means I cannot log in or use the product at all. I’ve already emailed their support team multiple times, but even basic login issues have not been resolved. I’m truly disappointed and frustrated because it feels like they are ignoring me. I expected much better service and support from a company like this.
