Amazing concierge experience and highly-experienced professionals
What do you like best about the product?
The partnership with our Customer Success partner at StrikeGraph far exceeded our expectations. As a start-up healthcare technology platform going through our first SOC2 audit experience, we could not have chosen a better company to be our partner. The knowledge around the requirements that would best prepare our organization for success was spot-on. We were able to successfully complete our SOC2 with NO EXCEPTIONS and NO areas for improvement thanks to the knowledge, experience, and amazing, user-friendly platform provided to us by StrikeGraph.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to find something negative as our experience far exceed any expectations. The only even remotely negative item was that we did not have direct phone access to our Customer Success partner which was a bit inconvenient at times, though she was quite quick to respond to emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our goal was to achieve our SOC2, Types 1 and 2 certifications successfully the first time. The StrikeGraph platform made it so easy to assess our risk and inventory our controls and evidence, as well as to create any controls we otherwise have not had in place. The knowledge and experience of the StrikeGraph team was priceless during our process. It was apparent that our success was their success, and they truly had a vested interest in our accomplishing our goals.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy-to-use UI. Ease of tracking the controls. We can easily assign the controls to individual owners and track the evidence.
What do you dislike about the product?
None that I can think of. One additional feature could be providing sample evidence for all the controls.

We are using it for SOC2.

Strikegraph's tool and team have helped clear up and simplify the complicated process of understanding, documenting, and proving our companies policies, procedures, and controls.

What do you like best about the product?
Strike Graph was able to successfully prepare us for our initial SOC2 audit without disruption to the business.

Highly recommend Strike Graph; the customer service is among the best I have ever experienced.

Strike Graph was able to help us organize, manage and export large quantities of evidence in a highly efficient manner. They also helped us to identify and plug any existing holes.

The help receive by the application is really helpful for the process and it does by using a design of risks, controls and evidences that are simple to understand.

The team at Strike Graph has a deep understanding of what we needed to do to achieve SOC2 compliance. Their expertise and understanding helped us identify the controls we needed for our business. Their application made it easy to document and upload evidence.

Overall I didn't have any concerns related to Strike Graph.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The benefit of partnering with Strike Graph was they helped put actionable definition around an extensive and somewhat opaque process to achieve a SOC2. We were able to leave each check-in meeting with a solid understanding of what actions were required to ensure the process was moving forward. We achieved our SOC2 certification per our agreed-upon timeline.

Strike Graph's risk assessment helped us intelligently identify the cybersecurity controls we need for a successful SOC 2 audit. Without their support, we would have needed a consultant. The Strike Graph platform provide intelligence and flexibility so we can easily customize our cybersecurity compliance to our real-world needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no complaints. The Strike Graph solution has been incredibly effective for us. We are excited to see more of their integrations roll out over the next year. The Google Drive integration allowed us to customize and store all of our policies. When they roll out AWS S3 we'll be able to automate the collection of logging and monitoring data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strike Graph prepares us for our SOC 2 cybersecurity audit. Without Strike Graph we would have to hire security consultants to prepare us. Strike Graph's risk assessment system allowed our team to scope our cybersecurity practice in just an hour. They have saved us a lot of money and time.
