Great Process Visualization, But Interface and Onboarding Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about SAP Signavio is its powerful process visualization and analysis capabilities. It allows businesses to clearly map, understand, and optimize their workflows through intuitive modeling tools and real-time collaboration. The integration with other SAP solutions makes it easier to connect process insights with operational data, helping organizations identify inefficiencies, improve performance, and drive continuous process transformation with data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about SAP Signavio is that its interface can sometimes feel slow or unintuitive when working with large and complex process models. The initial setup and user onboarding require time and training, especially for those new to process management tools. Additionally, the pricing structure can be on the higher side for smaller teams, and some advanced analytics features could be made more customizable and user-friendly.

SAP Signavio is helping us to assign a particular task to the proper employee with process routing. Allowing employees to access required data from across the system using its data unification feature.

As of now nothing to dislike about SAP Signavio.

Business Process analysing is possible with SAP Signavio. The tool is allowing us in real time process monitoring to improve performance and helping in task management.

For identifying the gaps in business which may affects the targets of bussiness SAP Signavio is a great tool. For designing of the business model it provides the graphical representation.

As of now I haven't find anything to dislike about this tool.

It's helping me for doing the real time analysis of the process. For making the structured process by analysing the causes, SAP Signavio is doing the great job here.

SAP Signavio hold lost and lost new feature for the user. Users can try new things with this tool. This helps us to retrieve information quite easily.

Nothing is the best of all the tools I have used to date. SAP Signavio is a future tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Am effective tool for business transformation modelling, analysing and improve the business. The process can be easily modelled and the end result can be analysed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation of the tool is expensive. Process documentation, process mining has to be improved from user perspective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Process is always the difficult part in any organization. Process change and implementation and result of change is even more painful. Signavio effectively address this area.
