Composer Saves the Day!
What do you like best about the product?
Adds the ability to easily generate richly formatted documents from Salesforce based data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have a way for users to input variables at the time of generation.

Richly formatted documents delivered to customers in various methods and formats.

A way to build and easily maintain templates that are used globally.

Composer has provided value to our organization by automating our document generation. It has also automated and given visibility to our onboarding action items within our Salesforce platform.

Just Jumped In - Initial Experience
What do you like best about the product?
We recently decided Conga Composer as a solution for document generation because of its integration with SalesForce and easy interface - both have made the implementation process easy so far!
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I only dislike the fact that there is SO much you can do that it can be hard figuring out where to start (but their support team and site is super helpful).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly, direct mail, but we're exploring how the product will better our processes in other areas.

So far, I absolutely recommend the product.
New Customer, Exciting Possibilities
What do you like best about the product?
We are a new customer and have been very impressed at the capabilities of Conga Composer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Building templates is a little intimidating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automated admissions notification letters. We needed a mailing solution that worked directly out of Salesforce.
Best tool for dynamic document generation
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of conga composer is it's simplicity and ease of use to generate documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is room for improvement on how merge fields can handle complex logic
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With one click our end users are able to generate documents based on a set template instead of copy pasting the data. This has saved a lot of time does the end users.
Solution for merge field spacing issues
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of build - almost 300 available parameters to customize a Salesforce button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more hands on training..not a dislike just more of a suggestion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DocuSign uses PDF’s which prevents merge fields from auto adjusting based on the character size of the record. To solution for this issue, I leveraged Conga Composer to build templates in a MS Word Doc which allows merge fields to auto adjust. Thanks to this solution, our documents look professional. My end users couldn’t be happier!

Anyone building templates that require merge fields from Salesforce, this product is an absolute must have!
Great Software
What do you like best about the product?
The company for which I work, One World Direct, uses Conga Composer for all of our contracts. I love how this seamlessly integrated with Salesforce. I would highly recommend this to any any all companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time I can not think of anything that I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every time we create a proposal or a contract for a prospect or client, we use Conga Composer. It is very easy to use and easy to update.
