What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer makes document generation in Salesforce effortless. I love how it pulls data dynamically, keeping everything accurate and on-brand. It supports multiple formats like PDFs and Word docs, and the automation features save a ton of time, especially for bulk processing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup can be a bit complex, especially for first-time users. There’s a learning curve when configuring templates and automation, and troubleshooting errors isn’t always straightforward. Also, the pricing can be a little steep for smaller teams, and the UI feels a bit outdated compared to newer tools. That said, once everything is set up, it works smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga Composer takes the hassle out of generating quotes, contracts, and compliance documents. Instead of manually pulling data, it does it automatically from Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and consistency. For a manufacturing domain, this means fewer errors, faster processing, and smoother workflows—saving time and reducing risks.

What do you like best about the product?
With Conga Composer APIs, it allows us to generate documents and send them quickly. The API integrates easily with our solution.
It helps us avoid sending documents separately to our clients, as one API call allows us to complete both tasks.

Composer templates are somewhat complex to configure and hard to manage, as updating these templates requires good care and takes time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Composer helps us complete two tasks at once, such as generating documents quickly and sending them to our client based on the data present on the record. The process is very fast and takes very less time to complete.
Great Tool to Configure and generate documents without any hustle
What do you like best about the product?
As an Administrator I used Conga Composer every day and it is easy to use. Which fulfills all our implementation needs and business use cases. They have great technical support for helping us. It is easy to integrate with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a confusing to add the tags but once you get the hang of the tool it becomes easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to create and genrate multiple Templates for multiple regions. It is too difficult to create all the Templates manually. For solving this issue we are using Conga Composer. Conga Composer generate the templates as per the data in the Salesforce records and can be modified and generated multiple times and can also edit the template which suits our outcomes.

Conga composer allows us to seamlessly generate contract documents, while pulling data from Salesforce from necessary objects.

The one thing that can be improved about the composer is the setup, especially the Conga queries and certain items on the template merge fields in itself.

What do you like best about the product?
Conga Composer is one of the best products I've used for generating and managing documents. It saves us a lot of time with its fast processing and automatically sends emails to clients once the document is generated. Its data accuracy is excellent, reducing the need for document reviews in most cases.

What I dislike is its integration capabilities. We're trying to use Composer APIs, but setting them up and utilizing them is challenging. Plus, there isn’t much documentation available, so we often have to rely on Conga Support for help.
