Conga CLM for Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
Conga is very versatile in generating word and PDF templates. I used it with Salesforce CPQ and thi is the best I have used till now.
What do you dislike about the product?
The template creation process is a bit complex and needs technical expertise. Also in some of the use cases, templates had limitations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it for quote document generation in Salesforce CPQ. With quotes, we also used it to generate other terms and conditions documents based on multiple scenarios.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It needs technical expertise, but if you have that then this is the best software for document generation.

One-time configuration leads to automated workflows, and you don't have to take care of anything while generating the documents. Click and go solution available to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not something that I don't like, but this will require core competencies while using this product. It would help if you designed everything from scratch while implementing the solutions.

Problems related to designing the templates solutions on new requirements ad troubleshooting the document generation failures.

What do you like best about the product?
So far I have the best experience using conga for document generation and signs.
It has multiple features in it and its very easy to use because everything is mentioned in the user guide documentations.

We can generate quote by grouping a very needed and helpful features. Conga should allow features like cpq features like adding the products in options so that we can use it in advanced way.
