Multi-Field Queries, But Expensive. You get what you pay for.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to query multiple fields across different objects so that the business can make the best possible form/invoice for a customer!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is the price. I tried to get a new customer using Salesforce to use Conga and they were surprised by the bill. I was as well as I did not think it would exceed $3,000 - $5,000.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gives us a solution for document generation in bulk where the business has over 800+ invoices to send out at any given time in the year.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility and scope. So much is possible!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit difficult in the beginning to set up your first projects. Once you learn the ropes, it does get easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm collaborating with my vendors to create legally compliant documents for signature by our shared clients. It cuts down time, uses my existing salesforce data and also saves the form in the right records.

automate document creation, its seamless integration with Salesforce, and the customization it offers. It's seen as a powerful tool for improving efficiency and ensuring consistency in business documents
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep Learning Curve and Complexity. Many users find the software difficult to learn and troubleshoot, especially those who use it infrequently

Manual document creation: It eliminates the need to manually create documents one at a time, which is often tedious and time-consuming.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use! Pricing is competative for the products.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few outages, once for over a day. But, it was isolated and that has been the one and only issues to date.

Seamless Integration and Time Savings, but Needs Better Guidance on New Features

What do you like best about the product?
It saves me hours when creating proposals and contracts for clients and vendors. The integration is seamless and rarely has issues. I have approximately 8 errors in the last year and all were resolved within an hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little unclear on how to use new features or new views of how it would look on the layout. It would be nice if there were con reps that could specifically help help with that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining consistent files and contracts and merging field so each contract reflects the correct terms related to my vendor and or client.

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of the people we support don't want to repeat lots of information on documents, Conga has enabled to produce detailed life plans at the click of a button.
We use Conga every day for hundreds of people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs a bit of technical knowledge to integrate, you cannot plug and play out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it enables us to map together hundreds of data points into one neat document that serves our colleagues, our candidates and our commissioners.

What do you like best about the product?
Creating and adopting templates is straightforward. After a brief training, new administrators can quickly set up templates, and users are able to send emails using Conga Composer without any problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Design of Conga composer. Currently
it’s being used from custom button in Salesforce. It could be better to have a similar UI as Salesforce

Complex email sending vis automation & email sending with attachments

What do you like best about the product?
This product excels at document customization and is straightforward to configure and use. I have also found the customer service to be excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product's error messages are quite vague, which means you can end up spending hours trying to identify the root cause of a document generation failure. This issue becomes even more challenging when working with large quotes that contain hundreds of products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The flexibility in generating quote and proposal documents is a significant improvement over the legacy Salesforce CPQ platform.
