Amazing AI platform
What do you like best about the product?
It saves so much time editing videos for YouTube. And the customer service is absolutely amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like abo8ut it is you can just put together a script and it makes the video for you, had to change alot of the videos and it takes time but it was good. I do like how it flows though, it is smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
The voices sounds computerish and not real, I wish they had good ones like Murf.ai does, their voices sound amazing, please get them to that level of awesomeoness!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With videos it is always hard to know what to say in person while doing them, but being able to focus on scripts to video makes it so much easier for sure, and they seem to turn out ok.
Best tool to create video using AI
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use and has good features, I like the most that just with my video script it automatically generates the full video and puts the captions on it, if you have a voice-over or want to create it the software automatically syncs it to the video what is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
At least on my plan for now the AI-generated voice-over is only in English but still, they have a lot of options if you want the voice-over to be in English and also it can be automatically synchronized to the video so it's impressive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I put my video script and automatically generates a full video using the script, also it can generate the full voice-over and automatically add it to each part of the video according to the text on the script.
A Good, Easy Way to Produce Short <10 Minute Video
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is easy to use and once you grasp text to video feature that lees text is more, you can product professional videos in about an hour.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI voices certinaly the UK English versions, sound too synthercised ti use for business videos.

Production of product informational video quickly with minimal planning and edits
Customer service incompetence and Google Sign-in cache issues

The voice rendering is ok, but there is a lot of editing involved to generate anything remotely tangible and add value to the business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer Service rep is an A-Hole - not get US culture and its idioms and vernacular variations. Instead of diffusing the situation by solving the issue, they go on the defensive, and that is an obvious sign of poor training of the outsourced provider that Pictory is using. Shame on Pictory and its seed round investors for not keeping an eye on a delicate matter that can affect user onboarding due to negligent customer support.
If you (Pitcotory) charge over 23 USD per month, there better be support to authenticate the browser cache issue when using the Google Sign-in feature, especially when multiple accounts can be used. Instead of deflecting and absconding from the user issue, the company and its outsourced Customer support take a stance of absolute and sheer ignorance. That is an F'n A-hole thing to do, especially in this day when there's a ton of competition that is eating Pictory's lunch.

I thought I was going to be able to craft and put to production customized marketing tangibles faster, but it turns out that the automation makes the problem worse. Much editing is involved in achieving any market-ready visuals that generate impact.

Great AI video creator!
What do you like best about the product?
I am a teacher and I love that I can copy and paste my transcript and then it adds visuals that go with my transcript. I can then edit everything, add music, and use AI voices to add support elements for my students. I can even add my own voiceovers on my video. Pictory is fast and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was a more range of voices available. I noticed there is only one male and one female child voice but I would like to have some teenager voices and some more deeper male voices to choose from.

I use Pictory to create videos for my middle school classroom. It helps me to quickly create fun videos to engage students. I plan to also use it to create tutorials for both students, parents, and other faculty.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Pictory to create short videos and it's been an amazing experience. Its really good as it eliminates my use of creating videos manually. I can now use voice and images and videos to create a short. This is has significantly helped me in creating short tutorials for my work. It reduces a lot of time and increases productivity. Its very beginner friendly and takes no time to understand. Its quick and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt it need to add a few automation features. Its tiring to do all the work but there are few places which can be automated with a switch if the user wants to. Also, quality and new templates should be added regularly if not a community section to add those.

It helps me in creating a short tutorial video which doesn't require someone's specific voice. There are a lot of options to use it and has helped me create videos which saved time and money for my company.
