What do you like best about the product?
Centralizing activity into one platform to avoid moving among various tools and reduce complication for both Candidates and Recruiters.
What do you dislike about the product?
With such a robust platform, it can be challenging to navigate every aspect of it if you haven't set a clear strategy and business processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automation of monotonous recruiting activities, leading to more capacity for our People to focus on high priority work, improving the Candidate Experience, and gaining efficiencies.

What do you like best about the product?
we've been using phenom for 4 years and since adding the platform into our tech stack we've seen a transformational experience for our recruiting teams and hiring managers. There focus on Ai is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The release notes can be illusive and not as informative given the swift changes the platform is making
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
hiring high volume hiring in niche markets

What do you like best about the product?
The increased candidate flow, ease of ability to communicate to a lot of candidates at once (in the CRM anyways) and sort them, tag them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support team is disorganized, not knowledgeable on systems- often giving wrong and improper responses. They often don't address the issue correctly. .
Hiring manager dashboard is not user friendly and cumbersome

What do you like best about the product?
Phenom makes it easier to track our talent pool throughout the recruitment process and as they transition into their roles. Being able to update the status across our teams when we are working remote has been game changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Understanding the various points of contact throughout the purchase, setup, and use of the product has been the most challenging aspect of Phenom.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding how to recruit the best talent and move them through the pipeline efficiently. Phenom is helping with expediting the sourcing and recruitment process.

What do you like best about the product?
The AI removes the administration and mundane tasks associated with the hiring process and allows recruiters to focus on hiring great talent!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations are tricky with SuccessFactors but we partnered with talentEXP who made that process very easy
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
New careers page, CRM and Referrals. All were pain points for us

The Boolean search could use improvement. I cannot use multiple keywords

The efficiency and ease of the tool. We are able to reduce time and effort while increasing engagement and productivity

Nothing is least helpful, would appreciate more data and analytics offerings.

Time to full, time used to source. Tracking events and talent from these initiatives

We haven't leveraged all of the capabilities Primarily top of the finnel. Effective for nurturing candidates. We also use it for our career oage

Nothing so far. It's been useful for what we purchased

Career site is great and easy to update. Campaigns are straight forward too

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of adoption for new users, especially recruiters. The ability to have control and make immediate changes to our career site without the need for web developers. Over the partnership with Phenom and our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our business has several very unique use case needs that are not out of the box solutions and require special enhancements or development work. However this is not a true dislike as this is common for most vendors we work with, and Phenom is very collaborative in moving the needle forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
High Volume Hiring for quality candidates while allowing our candidates to learn about our company and brand.
