What do you like best about the product?
Customized careers site with targeted landing pages and UI that makes creating candidate campaigns easy. There is incredible flexibility with their platform. Just about anything you can think of doing can be managed through the platform. We even utilize the system to manage our Alumni Community, send out candidate experience surveys and consitently communicate our employee referral program. Everything also falls into an organized and easy-to-use analytics platform. Very easy to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, job boards, and our recruiters.
What do you dislike about the product?
By listening to their customers, Phenom is constantly enhancing their product and releasing new tools. As an early adopter we are heavily involved with their testing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Candidate Communication: We do a much better job communciating with our candidates. Auto triggered campaigns send out communication in each stage of the process.

Email and Text messaging campaigns: We are fully leveraging our candidate database now.

Event Management: That platform allows us to easily collect candidate contact information and then follow up with them quickly. With just a few clicks we are sending candidates text messages thanking them and sharing next steps.

On-Demand Video Interviewing: We can easily create video interview questions and invite candidates to submit their responses. Great for high-volume interviewing.

Measuring the effectiveness of our recruiting efforts: The Analytics platform makes it easy to track application conversion, campaign results, traffic channels and recruiter effectiveness. No report writing needed.

What do you like best about the product?
It is honestly hard for me to say what I like best. So, I will share a list of the most positive features for our business. First for us, is that we can customize the site live at any given time. Next for me is the list: CRM, Unlimited Marketing Campaigns, Talent Pool, VERY strong analytics, always on the front end of any new HR Tech, and they have give me the opportunity to check off items on my own development with my partnership with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, I don't have anything I would say that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved having now Talent Pool (warm passive candidates) to engage with. With Phenom we grew our talent pool to 300 to 12,000 +. We then have unlimited marketing capability to keep those candidates engaged. Once we implemented the chatbot, we now receive a 92%+ apply click rate if a candidate views the job through the bot. We solved being to update our site live with our own content any time that it is necessary. We have been recognized 3 times now for our site and the HR Tech we have implemented. We are now working through launching Internal Mobility which we hope will strongly impact our Internal Talent process to take it to the next level.

Excellent CRM for candidate engagement and deeper metrics

What do you like best about the product?
The communication/campaigns tool, as well as the analytics. The combination of these two features lets us communicate to candidates and adjust the cadence or content in real time to make sure it is engaging. Phenom also has exceptional customer service and is quick to address and needs we have for the tool!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to use the tool effectively, so there is some training needed to get all users comfortable in the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are communicating effectively with candidates and leads outside of the application process, which has led to a talent pipeline. This is particularly helpful for hard to fill roles. Overall it has decreased our cost per hire and time to fill, and increased our offer acceptance rate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Work closely with your customer success manager to make sure you are learning best practices, filtering techniques, and other tips and tricks. Ask if they can connect you to other companies using Phenom successfully to learn best practices from peers and other users.

What do you like best about the product?
We value the Artificial Intelligence, even if it's still developing, and it's doing so fast! Leads are a great enhancement vs. our ATS, and we like the flexibility and speed of introducing enhancements/change requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with the ATS - the interface is sometimes failing. We still cannot smoothly view resumes one after another, which is a great option in our ATS. On top of it, resume parsing is still far from perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Phenom TXM Platform gives better sourcing possibilities, enables us to launch good looking and engaging campaigns, and provided us with better analytics.

What do you like best about the product?
-Trainings are easy to follow and information you need to know
-CMS is easy to navigate/work with
-Chatbot/AI is attractive for job seekers
-Employees are all great to work with

Overall, since becoming a Phenom customer, all our metrics have improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, the problems stem from the fact that they are growing at a rapid pace. Therefore, there are a lot of "firsts" to work through and resources that are being trained - building the plane as they fly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Application completion
-Access to a CRM tool
-AI to improve the employee experience
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just know that there is a product roadmap that is currently being developed. so as time progresses so will their product.

Amazing talent attraction platform!

What do you like best about the product?
The talent experience is top notch, and the tools/resources available to track the performance of the platform is on another level! The analytics are excellent, and have helped us to enhance our job board performance literally overnight.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a positive and a negative, but the platform is very complex and requires a substantial amount of training to truly maximize usage. Thankfully they have a tremendous amount of resources available to become a pro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We weren't able to capture the talent that visited our previous job board. With Phenom, we are able to create custom drip campaigns based on the job seeker's engagements on our website. The CRM tool allows our marketing dept to customize the messaging, and hopefully bring talent back to the site if they didn't find the job they were looking for on the first go-around!

Brilliant Platform, Internal Growing Pains

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is great. It gives you deep analytics and insight into your career page, and provides you with great marketing tools for engaging with passive and active job seekers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The company means well, but I think they are going through some growing pains. There has been turnover with our Customer Success Managers, and getting changes to your career site typically requires a support ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Candidate attraction and engagement, job applications, and talent brand building.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure that your company/team is resourced appropriately to handle the tech relationship between two systems (ATS and CRM) and that you outline everything about your entire process during implementation so that way you can understand which technology is handling each component of the candidate, recruiter, talent, and management experience.
