Next Level CRM for Talent Acquisition teams
What do you like best about the product?
SMS text campaign, creating talent pools via Spotlight and List features. Being able to tag team members for collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to add photo/images to SMS text message. Not all data from implementation import is parced out in a way that can be identified through the advance filtering search.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving: Sourcing passive candidates who have engaged with our team preaviously in a seamless and automated way

Complicated Course Structure, Confusing Quizzes
What do you like best about the product?
I like how in-depth the training is, and that there is a mix between videos and written information. It was helpful to have it broken up like that.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not like that the certifications had courses where you had to leave the certification you were currently taking to take courses from another certification in order to fulfill the requirements. It was also difficult to navigate the courses homepage and find the certifications I was currently working on and enrolled in. I also didn't like that if you got a question wrong on the quiz, it didn't refer you back to the lesson that would help you learn where you went wrong. The questions were also confusing, complex, and sometimes not fully correct. I even asked the Phenom Bot to clarify, and it gave different answers. If I got a question wrong, I would ask the bot, and it would explain an answer that indicated to me that my answer would have been correct. So there is mismatch information in the quizzes, or the bot is wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes, pipelining candidates can be difficult. Phenom makes it easy to pipeline candidates for future opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Love the features which categorize applciation based on relevant experiences and skillsets .This would help Talent Acquisition team to filter application better and without prejudice. It is also good that Phenom has the features to indicate at which level of recruitment stage the candiate is at as this will allow us to monitor the candidate interview progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times when sending interview invite and the proposed time was different instead of the oroginal time scheduled (example interview at4.00pM and it was send out as 4.10PM)

What do you like best about the product?
I like best that Phenom creates these leads for me to review and reach out to for my open positions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have a dislike. I am new to using generatd leads in Phenom, but so far I'm very happy with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to manage my phone interviews much better with Phenom and I've been able to reach out to more potential candidates through Phenom.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is integrated with AI and gives options to re-write paragraphs and is able to capture leads for different roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can time out pretty quickly when I am working, for example on interviews and I need to reload the page and start over.

Losing candidates in the application process: It captures leads who have clicked on any of our jobs

The technology and continuous improvement of the technology is great
What do you like best about the product?
We really like the technology and Phenoms approach to stay current on the latest tech. We love the analytics that we can receive now especially with hosted apply and automated scheduling.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation timeline is always rough and takes longer than expected
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The analytics we receive is great. The ability to update our career site at any time is amazing. The automated scheduling tool is cutting down time for recruiters to schedule interviews.
