Great platform to organize candidates
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can organize candidates with lists and projects
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be overwhelming. There are multiple ways to do the same thing

Intuitive and has a clean look. I like the ability to integrate with other platforms.

Working through kinks on skills. Would like the CRM and EX skills to be aligned.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform has a great UX. But I would like to highlight the great team that is working with us, they are always willing to make changes to adapt to our needs

The upload from files is not always so simple as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to run talent analytics and answer to ta questions that we were not able to answer with our previous systems.
Intuitive design with advanced features with search

I enjoy the searching capabilities of using the platform and overall thrilled with the amount of capabilities and features that are available compared to my previous product

Not too many downsides to using the platform, at first it wasn't as intuitive for my co-workers.

Being able to quickly and efficiently find the best candidates that suit our needs.
The AI tools are great tools to have a more efficient sourcing xp

The ai tools and sourcing tools. Also the campaign events set up is great

Sometimes viewing resumes and profiles is difficult clicking through each one

Analytics is not very customizable. Would prefer new candidates applied that have not been dispositioned on the dashboard.
