Great tool but costly and resource hungry
What do you like best about the product?
Easy deployment by simple automation. great visibility from a console. its admin console is one of the best features of Sophos. GUI is fast but not user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
not very user-friendly. scans some time takes too much memory that you are unable to work. need improvements for Linux nodes. a hardware appliance would be a great benefit for a larger organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
centralised management makes it easy to pool all endpoints in diffrent networks. its licensing model is simple. it imporoved from previous onsite manager to install it in nodes.

this is managed by closed we can manage from anywhere, it is easy to manage or easy to admin, EDR MTR feature is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
we can see services missing errors very frequently

I have fixed the issue like services missing, and services stop.

It is manged by cloud. MTR and EDR features are good.

Its cloud based solution, which gives easy integration with all the sophos solutions.

Nothing a of now. Its easy for us to manage all the sophos products

Every sophos product is having their own console, so this single platform given freedom to manage all of them with a single console.

I have around 2 year experience in sophos it was my starting period to work with sophos.

sometimes it get slow when high cpu utilization.

Cost effective and user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Deployment of Sophos-Central is very easy. One who has a basic knowledge of device management can deploy it with the manual or with the help of customer support executives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it got blanked in case of services which need to be corrected on a priority basis this occurs frequently. It can be great if it will get improved or fixed this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using it like antivirus for the purpose of data security to prevent the data from malicious files or getting corrupted. It's good to use as it is very user friendly.

Its a central console to manage all the firewall of sophos.

What do you like best about the product?
It has the feature of machine learning which is great and absolutely useful. It has a very helpful customer support portal with the amazing technically eligible support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes services get missed and stop working. It takes too much time to find out the issue and to restore the services to the initial stage or working configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have restored the missing services or stopped services multiple times so that Everything which was working after the initial configuration, can work as the same it was.

EDR, MTR feature is great and a best data security solution with always available customer support.

Excellent cloud based AV and endpoint management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Best part of sophos central is it provides easy centralised management for installation, detection and response. Easier to threat analysis and interface is easy to understand. Dashboards are also attractive and helpful to overall detections. It can be integrated with SIEM solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the issue is sometimes lacking in customer support, also they should provide reference documentation for the users. Sometimes is happpens that overall threat scenario is not quickly visualised.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sophos is overall great product which are helping to detect threats, also the detection rate is good, also it provides good reporting feature.It will help to improve the security.
Excellent cloud based admin console
What do you like best about the product?
The cloud console is easy to navigate, and reports are available in a few simple clicks. Keeping an eye on the overall health of our endpoint protection is easy. The best part is all of our other Sophos products are administered from the same dashboard
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a master password to disable the tamper protection on endpoints, it can be cumbersome to have to login to the cloud console to disable it or retrieve the key.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way in which the sophos product work together to provide the best possible defense and tie that into a great admin console where you can administer all of your products is a wonder!
