We are able to connect to multiple PLC and IoT devices and see the data from them

It does not connect to every data source.

We did not have visibility into machine data before and now are connected to multiple data source via OPC UA and MQTT.

Its a really good tool to get OEE data and helps with data driven manufacturing.

Sometimes it can hang up and needs to be refreshed. Some improvements related to Monitor could help.

It is a very powerful tool for data analytics and managing data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be challenging for anyone without IoT/Cloud knowledge to understand how the platform works. So, it will take some time for new users to get familiar with the system.

It allows us to collect the data over time and abalyse them.

I’ve been using Insights Hub for a few months now, and I can’t believe how much easier it’s made managing data. Everything’s in one place, which has saved me a ton of time. The dashboard is intuitive, and I can get the exact reports I need without a hassle. I’m not a data expert, but this tool is so user-friendly that it doesn’t matter.
I also love how customizable it is. I can track what really matters to me, and the support team has been fantastic whenever I’ve had questions. Honestly, it’s made my decision-making process so much quicker. Highly recommend!

What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve been using Insights Hub for a couple of months, and while it’s definitely made managing my data easier, there are a few things I wish were better. For starters, the customization options are good, but I’ve found myself wishing I could do a little more with the reports—sometimes they don’t quite give me the level of detail I’m looking for.
