Great for Content Agencies
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and affordable for what you get. It's really good for collecting content among many independent creators/contractors. Better centralized way to keep files for different projects than Google Drive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when downloading many files, the zipping process can take a while. Before it simply would stay zipping for hours without working but recently it works but just takes some waiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting a lot of submitted content from creators would get messy when using Google Drives due to having to make many different folders for each project and creator. Air has one collection link you can use per project that works for all creators involved.
Air is the ELITE management platform for creative assets!!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Air displays assets by showing them in their original sizes while you browse the gallery, whereas other platforms will display assets in the same preview sizes while you scroll through the gallery. It makes it easier to determine the creative asset at a glance. I also love how you can search a general keyword, and Air will pull up assets that contain that word, even if the word isn't part of the title or tags. So innovative!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Air would have premade folders for asset types (e.g. video, static images, graphics, etc.). It would be helpful to navigate to these kinds of folders instead of filtering by tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air makes organizing visual assets straightforward, clean, and visually appealing to look at.
Easier than DropBox
What do you like best about the product?
Air makes it extremely easy to organize Marketing files! I love how visual the site is, and it's not challenging to find what you need. It's also effortless to share files and receive feedback directly through the comments section in Air. Our team uses it daily! It's like Dropbox + Frame.io had a baby.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish each file uploaded to Air had its own URL, so no matter where the file/folder gets moved to, the link to that asset stays the same. For example, if I upload a file to Board #1, share that file with my colleagues, and then re-organize assets and move that file to Board #2, the link to that file will no longer be valid. It's a minor thing, but it can be pretty frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being a fast-paced start-up, we create tons of content every month. Air makes it easy to organize, manage and share this content. Their "Search" feature makes it easy to find content from years ago. It's also nice to download your assets right then and there. Without Air, our content organization would be a mess.
Great solution for managing large collections of digital assets
What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive and easy to use. There is enough functionality without being too bulky with additional features we likely wouldn't use anyway.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you send a guest link, I wish that user had the same functionality to search by Tags as a standard user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We manage multiple brands and our collection of digital assets was unwieldy. Air allows us to segment out each brand and create buckets of assets underneath each brand.
Lightweight, simple and affordable
What do you like best about the product?
Air has a simple and uncluttered interface that really helps you focus on the assets you are viewing and organizing. It is fast and responsive even for large video files.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could actually read and write metadata on files, the tagging system and the custom field section are nice, but I would love to be able to embed that info into the metadata of the asset.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is helping us as a company organize the assets we create internally and that we gather from external sources. It also helps when we want to review deliverables.
Great Visual Interface and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to get up and running with Air. Basic organization is intuitive, and the interface is visual and straightforward. I love having thumbnails for "boards," essentially what they call folders. Air's real power comes from how it handles files. You upload the file once to the library and add that asset to as many boards as you wish without copying the file. No copying is required. Once you add everything and organize your boards, custom fields can help attach additional searchable and filter-able information so other people can find the asset. Any asset or board can be shared with the web for external access, and you can create forms where external people can contribute assets without an account and provide custom field data. The cost of this platform is as much as ten times lower than leading DAMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Air is really, really useful and has a much more attractive UI than many competing platforms. Most of my dislikes are very specific to features and not a problem with the platform as a whole. It makes more sense to put them in a list.
-The built-in PDF viewer is nice to have but the performance is terrible. We deal with a lot of high quality print files from booklets to trade show materials. Air takes a long time to process PDFs before they can be viewed in the platform. The viewer will skip around pages as you scroll and it loads more. When you zoom in on a page, it will move around to previous pages.
-When you're logged into the platform, Air shows all of your top-level boards on the left side. These top-level boards can only be listed in alphabetical order which isn't very useful. I believe the team is working on fixing this with a future update, but for now it's not a very useful way to display these most important boards.
-Filtering by custom fields can be really useful for finding specific assets, but the feature is a bit hidden in the menu. Many of our external users don't know how to effectively search.
-It took a while to figure out that the built-in image viewer compresses large image previews. Just keep in mind what you see in the browser is not the same quality as the file you download.
-All user logins are paid seats. Many DAMs include guest accounts in the price that allow external users to view the workspace and download what they need. Air does not have that. We have a lot of contract media partners that need creative and currently our workaround is to create a bunch of share links and add those to a landing page.
-Custom fields cannot be tailored to the asset type. A product photo has the same custom fields as a video and a banner ad, which results in many fields being left blank

Exactly what we were looking for!
What do you like best about the product?
Air is great for creatives. Sharing internally and externally is extremely easy. Probably my favorite feature is being able to hover over a video file and it shows you a sample clip. Also great to be able to view image and video files like a Pinterest board -- makes searching very easy. Would highly recommend for anyone who is a content creator.
What do you dislike about the product?
We currently have no complaints. This program has truly streamlined our workflow as a creative team, and made sharing with external clients / partners very easy!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air has helped us mostly with the issue of storage and asset sharing. Working on a creative team, we were looking for ways to quickly share content with each other and externally. Air has solved this problem for us, and saved us a lot of time!
Changed the game for my workflow and productivity
What do you like best about the product?
The friendly layout and collapsible left hand navigation makes it easy to organize and keep track of all your folders and sub folders. No more getting lost in google drive!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the playback on the videos is a bit slow but I don't use air to watch my content, simply to find a safe, easy, and accessible way to store everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air makes it so easy to archive all my course content and have a place to share and collect documents. My video editor and content creators always know where to find what they need. No emailing back and forth!

What do you like best about the product?
It is a great way to share and control Digital Assets with our clients. Perfect solution for my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if the Air APP were cross-platform for both PC & MAC, not just MAC. Since the keywords are AI and NOT editable - I would also like the tags to appear (but not editable) for all users when the link is shared. This way, the user knows exactly what is in the asset. (Currently, you must be logged in as an Admin or Editor to see the tags). It would also be cool if it integrated with Adobe Bridge and brought in the keywords as tags. I would also like Air to integrate with all the Adobe apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an excellent tool for sharing digital assets with clients and marketing companies.
Air has made my job tremendously more organized
What do you like best about the product?
We can easily mark items as used so we don't duplicate content on social. We also can easily share with clients and give them a place to share content as well
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike anything so far. Customer service has even been incredible. I would love if there was facial recognition once someone was tagged once
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, content organization, and content sharing. We save way more time uploading than with drive, and the organization has been an absolute game changer
