Better than using Google Drive
What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Air is that it feels like a product developed around making the management of creative pieces the best experience ever. The platform made giving feedback, creating new versions from the input, and sharing with clients a hassle-free experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Air is that if I move an asset from one folder to another, the comments disappear, and it's hard to track them down again (it's possible, but only if you are an admin), which I find slightly annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said, the platform makes managing feedback and creating new versions of digital assets very easy for our team. Doing the same using platforms like Google Drive takes like 5-6 more steps.
Easy Tool to Organize Assets
What do you like best about the product?
Air allows our organization of about 25 people to all have access to uploading and downloading our video and photography assets. We were running out of room on our Google Drive so this is helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if Air could more easily talk with Canva, Social media, Google Drive, etc. There may be ways I'm unaware of, but always having to download to desktop gets to be cumbersome
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is helping us to share assets easily and makes it easier to create content and have easy access to our assets. With a team-oriented culture, it's helpful to all share and know how everything is organized.
Way better than Dropbox
What do you like best about the product?
Unlike so many other solutions out there, Air is purpose-built for managing digital media assets. It's truly delightful to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of at this time! It's easy to use.

Air holds all of our team's assets, which makes it easy for users to jump in and grab the necessary media. And organizing files is a breeze.
Brings so much order to the chaos!
What do you like best about the product?
As the creative director of a DTC brand, I love the process benefits Air has brought to my team. I love that Air lets you sort through your asset library in such a visual way that isn't restricted to a specific file path. Being able to organize and group assets in multiple ways without duplicating the file itself is a gamechanger--and instantly better than GDrive or Dropbox for this reason.
All of the other customizable fields and tags are also critical to our process and make searching through our ever growing library much easier.

Overall, Air has proven to be a valuable tool for our company in terms of organization and user-friendliness. The only negative note I have is sometimes the platform experiences slow loading times, especially when handling large datasets or complex queries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is invaluable in our quest to maintain impeccable organization and precise content labeling. Compared to other platforms, where the categorization of photos can become a convoluted process, Air simplifies this complex task effortlessly. Since our content can be categorized in many ways (i.e. looks, use case, house type, product, etc.), its not uncommon for a photo to live in multiple folders. I love that with Air, I can simply upload a photo once, label it, and then add too many folders. Furthermore, if we update that photo in the future I can stack the variations and they will update in every folder automatically, I don't have to manually update everything or remember every folder one asset is located in. This seamless integration saves time and expedites the process of locating a specific photo when engaging with customers or undertaking creative design endeavors.

What do you like best about the product?
Favorite features are how easy it is to browse visually and the implementation of tags.
What do you dislike about the product?
We share a library of assets to third-party clients we work with. When we add a new video and want to send it to them, you have to individually toggle on downloadability even if we already sent them a link with downloads turned on for the whole folder. The downloadability is tied to the link they access it through. I wish there was a setting to turn on downloads by default.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing video and static assets mostly for marketing, but also for some other areas of our business
Great content management solution for small and mid-size companies
What do you like best about the product?
The visual folders paired with the "folder" view and search capabilities are extremely helpful when I'm trying to find content. There are times when I can only remember what the content looks like, and other times I can only remember where the shoot was located. being able to type in a keyword, sort by our organization, OR search by keywords makes it easy for everyone on our team to optimize the time spent finding content. Everyone on the Air team is also extremely helpful and supportive!
What do you dislike about the product?
Better AI for search, auto-tagging content (UCG, model, founder, location, season, etc), better mobile experience through app, storage cost.

Easy Solution for Quick Transfer of Videos
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's a one stop shop. You can annotate the videos and create project boards to keep everything organized instead of having to keep notes separate, everything is right there at your fingertips as you access the video.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I don't like. I think it would be nice to edit in the platform with pre made transitions and graphics, or if an ai was offered to help with automating edits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple people can upload to air relatively quickly and without taking ho storage space on a local folder or even in Google buisiness workspaces. It allows for collaboration and that's what our team loves!
