Game changer for my digital file organization!
What do you like best about the product?
LOVE the board and sub-board organization, really makes it easy for me to separate out my photos for different events. Also the AI search is really cool and makes finding stuff easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind right now, the product is affordable & easy to use so no complaints
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great to finally have a product that is purpose built for organizing photos / videos and is not just a generic storage tool, looks great and saves me tons of time

A lot of really cool features, like AI search, link sharing, custom tagging etc., makes is so easy for me to organize my files

None so far, it’s an easy product to use and works well for what I’m solving for

Finding and sharing things mostly. I didnt really have a tool before to organize my pictures / videos and then share with friends / colleagues.
Best tool for managing your content!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive the website is, everything is very intuitive and easy to manage, took me only a few minutes to get started and get familiar with it

there’s really nothing much i can pinpoint right now, it’s generally working pretty well
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
with the workspace and board I am able to easily organize my content. the sharing and commenting features are also great when I need to share stuff out with other people

it is refreshing to see how easy air is to sign up, set up and get organized right away. importing files from drive to air was really simple, and the UI is super clean for organizing files

No complaints at this time, the product is low cost and easy to use, they also have good customer support
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it used to take me forever to find the picture or video im looking for (for example photos we took from a trip years ago). using the boards in air and the AI search, this became really easy
Great platform for hosting / sharing video and photo content
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to find and view content in Air. The ability to preview video content in a folder is so helpful. If I'm looking for a specific clip, I can just quickly through a folder of footage to track it down. The search capabilities are also amazing. If you tag a video with specific labels, you can easily find anything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a lot of bugs with the Air desktop app (it would often not sync so files that were available on Air for web were not available on Air for desktop). We used to host our Premiere source files and link it out to assets via the desktop app and it was almost never up to date. I would try to bring footage from Air into Premiere and it would be unable to source it which would create major inconsistencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Air to host video content that we use for editing and to share final exports with clients. Internally, it's helpful for viewing and finding footage. Externally, it's helpful for sharing and reviewing content. The feedback features are amazing.
One stop for all your creatives contents
What do you like best about the product?
media runs on a thumbnail box so it's really productive way of previewing stuff. It can store multiple creative media versions, which cleans up the clutter. really recommends this tool. awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's also hard to find which is not working well in the air , but ya if it can increase space a bit more so it's a win-win for members of a small team working.

its helping me to clear the mess of searching for a specific media randomly on my pc. things get messy easily when you are in media production. this has really helped in many more ways

The entire product is very user-friendly, most of the features are pretty intuitive, so it was easy for me to start using right away. Customer support was also very helpful when I had questions

so far the product is great. none that i can think of as of now.

I needed a budget friendly tool to manage my files and Air does exactly that, and it is really a breath of fresh air to have fast and detailed customer service response when i needed it
Great for team collaboration and management
What do you like best about the product?
My team and I have been using Air app for social media work. It's easy to use and allows for quick collaboration, and the best part is it lets us view video files without clicking on them, which saves us a lot of time. Downloading and uploading files is also relatively easy, and Air does not lag compared to Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
Giving each team member editor access becomes super costly. So instead, we have some members as editors and others as guests. However, toggling on download with each link (so all team members can download and access files) is tedious and confusing. Air occasionally untoggles it, and team members must keep asking for new links. We also didn't have a proper onboarding process with Air. Only after we had been with Air for months we were told this was part of signing up with Air.

Easy file management, quick and easy access to files, viewing and finding video files fast
UI is clean, easy to get started and very affordable!
What do you like best about the product?
It’s a really cool website, clean and easy to use, and it works better for me than using Google Drive or OneDrive since I have a lot of photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't think of anything I dislike at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing files, sharing files, basically all the features they advertised I’ve been using them, pretty easy to use and works great.
