Great interface for managing our creative and video team's assets
What do you like best about the product?
Air has been extremely helpful in keeping all of our assets in one place. It's very well-organized and easy to collaborate and share assets. Before we were using up to 4 different places to store our assets (Frame.io, Box, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc) and now they are all able to live in one location. It has been extremely helpful to review, comment, and approve video assets within Air while also storing all of our brand assets, graphics, and photos.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, Air has been a great solution for our asset sprawl. There are very minor things we have noticed within the platform that could be improved — mostly relating to video files. The uploading can take a while to process and can be frustrating when we are on a tight deadline. When commenting, we'd like to be able to select time frame ranges and the for the comments to be ordered by timecode. We've also had issues with Air Flow syncing but this was due to our team being onboarded while Air Flow was being implemented. Our Senior Customer Success Manager has been very receptive to our feedback and suggestions to improve the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air has drastically improved our asset management. Our files used to be all over the place (Box, Drive, Dropbox, Frame.io) and now everything can live in one place. It has helped my team manage and share our final assets as well as be able to review and approve video assets.
So much easier than Google Drive!
What do you like best about the product?
For organizing visual files like picture and videos, it is just night and day in comparison to google drive or dropbox. the board feature and tagging function makes it so simple
What do you dislike about the product?
I really enjoy using Air, very easy to use and nothing major that I would say I dislike about Air.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After moving all my digitlal files to Air, I’ve been able to save SO MUCH time when it comes to looking for old files or sharing it with other people
Easy to use and intuitive for the entire team.
What do you like best about the product?
Our team struggled to find a platform to organize our various assets, we tried other options but eventually landed on Air and couldn't be happier. It's simple to use and allows us to organize hundreds of assets in a way that makes sense for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is the cost of adding additional users. Due to the extra cost, we must be particular about who we add to our account. Otherwise, no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing a large number of assets has always proven to be difficult for our team. When we used other platforms, it wasn't easy to find specific items, and it was also difficult to organize things in a way that made sense. Air has remedied those problems.
Streamlined organization and collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to build collections and share links with partners has helped us streamline our asset management and work more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Auto links for assets/collections based on defaults would be helpful so we don't have to set up individual links.

My experience with Air
What do you like best about the product?
there’s a lot of great features that make it easy to organize my files, for example you can tag and add custom fields for every picture in Air that makes it super easy to search later on. There’s also the AI search that is really cool

can't say there's much right now, enjoying the product a lot and its free

it’s always been a hassle to try and find old photos, especially because there might be different versions that are similar… trying to do that in folder or google drive is a nightmare
Overall positive with a few glitches
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Air helps keep my team organized since we have such a large volume of content. Having the custom fields is extremely helpful when searching for specific pieces of content.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful thing about Air is when it stops working. The overall platform is usually pretty laggy with videos and in general. Also, sometimes comments disappear entirely.

Air is helping the problem of content management and overall organization.
We use this website to upload photos and video for work and we love it.
What do you like best about the product?
We use Air to upload photos/videos for our events/weddings that we coordinate! It is an excellent tool for keeping everything organized by event and is easy to access when we need to upload anything on social media.
What do you dislike about the product?
We do not have anything wrong to say about Air. We highly recommend this website to businesses that utilize social media and need something to keep their photos and videos organized!

Air helps us keep our media organized in files by event/wedding titles, and this allows us to easily access files by name so we can upload our content on social media for marketing purposes.

I like the cloud based program and the ease of accessibility.

Best Management Workflow I've Used to Date
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite aspect of air is being able to upload multiple items at one time and the fast speed in which they finish.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Air Seperates 1 folder into multiple folders when uploading. The app also struggles a lot to sync files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cohesiveness within my team. Making sure we have access to each others file's when needed and being able to view what is being completed.

No more wasting time searching for files or juggling multiple channels – everything we need is right there, neatly organized - finally!!

The time it takes to process files on the system. Whenever my team uploads multiple videos to Air, I have to wait a little longer than other platforms usual processing times.

Easy to naviatate and share items, the collaberation feature has been a huge help when multiple people are part of a project/task.
Search feature is great - we have thousands of assets and being able to search and find what I'm looking for has been great for us!
