What do you like best about the product?
Advanced search functionality surpassing traditional cloud storage, along with custom tagging and custom fields for flexible organization, and a versioning feature that streamlines keeping files up-to-date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Air's pricing gets expensive; multiple custom fields and analytics needed. Auto-tagging desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is truly a game-changing asset management platform that has transformed the way our team handles its media assets. Most DAM platforms systems contain nonessential features. However, Air offers the perfect blend of features that caters to our size and specific needs.
Unlike traditional cloud storage platforms like Google Drive, Air's search capabilities are a game-changer. Air's search capabilities are top-notch, making it a breeze to find specific images quickly. With just a few keywords or tags, we can access the right image without wasting time navigating through numerous folders.
Air's custom tagging and custom fields features has significantly enhanced our asset organization process. These allow us to organize assets that fall into multiple buckets or categories, providing flexibility that match our workflow.
Versioning in Air is a critical feature for our team since we are constantly making product updates. Air makes it incredibly easy to keep files up-to-date without any confusion or hassle. What do you like best about the product?
This is such a game changer working in a digital marketing company! From our digital managers to our videographers, we can't imagine a life without it. This has been essential for us and makes the creative process that much easier!

Great for Content Review and File Sharing!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Air is that is makes it easy to upload files and stay organized! The tab section for each upload is what helps our team easily access and grab files. We like to use Air as a place to review content and love that Air allows us to share notes and add new versions of content all in the same place. I also love that Air is a visually appealing platform for content! Air also makes file sharing easy with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Air is that sometimes the upload process can be slow. And it can be a bit buggy at times. I also wouldn't mind if there was a centralized home page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped solve the fact that we need a place where all team members can upload content to one centralized place. And that we can all easily access these files.
Great for organization, tag and notes in this ever-evolving photo usage rights world!

Air helps me to organize hundreds of photo projects with unique details and usage rights, so we can easily document those to keep all teams on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a more visual way to see the tags.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past we've had legal issues, because the team inadvertantly used images incorrectly. Now, we use tags and the description section to track all details.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to keep everything organized and find things quickly. It's also super easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to allow downloads on your boards if you share a link. 99% of the time I want people to be able to download and sometimes forget to hit that button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My business needed a new DAM for our franchise owners. Air has been the best option!
A Breathe of Fresh Air for File Management
What do you like best about the product?
"Air" is an absolute game-changer when it comes to file management! This app has revolutionized the way we organize and access assets across our team, making life so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
While "Air" is an excellent app overall, one thing that I dislike about it is the lack of offline access. As someone who occasionally works in areas with unreliable or no internet connection, it becomes inconvenient when I can't access my files offline. Having the ability to work on my projects without depending on an internet connection would be a significant improvement to make the app even more versatile and user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Seamless Change Tracking: As someone who collaborates with a team, keeping track of changes and updates is crucial. "Air" makes this process so seamless! Grouping the newest version with the original asset ensures that outdated files become a thing of the past. Now, I can confidently work on the latest iterations without any worries.
External collaborations: Collecting content from freelancers is easy, as content can be uploaded directly into the workspace. Similarly, we can easily share content with external partners by creating a folder and sharing the link / allowing downloads. This saves so much time!

The solution I've been hoping for
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part of Air is the visual component. You can view all files easily at a glance and know what you're looking for. The organization, tagging, and search system is top notch. I never have a missing file. I can find everything with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I have to pay per member. Some people simply need access to the files, but aren't actively approving or uploading content. We share links to them, but then they can really only see that link. The fact that we can share links helps a lot, but I'd rather everyone can just go in and see the files..almost as if there was an additional "subcategory" of member.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us have a place to store our digital assets in an organized and visual manner. It makes it extremely easy to find files that we may need in a very short amount of time.

Ability to see the visual assets and tag them by different categories. Also love the ability to leave comments and communicate directly in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish we could more easily hyperlink to a specific asset.

Air makes it so much easier to see the digital assets of our products and to sort them by different categories. This helps our different users make the platform work easily for them and their needs.
Incredibly visual and fun

I love being able to view all of our assets so quickly and visually. It's SO much more fun than trying to find photo files in any other platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could see all of the tags we've created easily so I don't have to rememebr them all. Other than that, love everything!

How to easily share, store and download and upload all of our company's images easily and visually.
The Image Management You Are Looking For
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Air is an asset management tool specifically for visual assets which has always been hard to manage using existing tools like Google drive, or Dropbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have so many images on it already, for various uses, it can get overwhelming trying to figure out how best to organize them. But the search feature makes it easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing digital assets, finding them quickly, making sure we are referencing the latest version of an asset, making sure we do not have too many copies of the same asset; the collaboration tools are also really helpful!
