Good Overall
What do you like best about the product?
It's fairly organized where all team members can easily share project assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't have enough filtering and searching capabilities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asset organization.
Great for a small marketing team
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the canva integration, ability to scroll through all assets without clicking into boards, and the ability to tag how we'd like and use custom fields. The upload links are super easy for anyone to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the saved filters would automatically populate into the subboards, this would make my life a lot easier! It's a bit confusing sometimes if people need to make an account or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves having to store things in google drive, this makes searching for the perfect photo or video a whole lot easier. Our marketing materials are more targeted and more beautiful because of air.
An incredible organizational solution for creative teams
What do you like best about the product?
Helps keep our creative team organized. Love that we can now see all of our image and video assets without having to dig through folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tagging is a bit tedious. I wish there were a way to tag from the thumbnail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Air, all of our imagery and videos were buried in folders. We had to know which folders to open to find the assets we needed. And there was no way to scroll through old content for inspiration. Air has changed all that. Now we have a digital asset library that's clean, organized, and easy to use.
Great product and a fantastic alternative to overpriced DAMs.
What do you like best about the product?
It is extemely accessible. We use AIR links both for internal use but also for providing digital assets to externals. We stack versions on themselves with different file types so it is easy for someone to find the correct file type. We also use the commenting feature quite often when going through creative revisions. Helpful tool and when compared to others in the space much more cost effective!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I have found is using this to store creative that is on Canva or Figma. Although this isn't necessarily the use case of this tool, it is helpful to consolidate all of our creative into one place which isn't possible without the support of Figma/Canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Triaging all of our creative into one place and making it easy to locate assets, provide links to download from, and comment on revisions. I spent a ton of time locating the same assets over and over for people where now I can just share a link to our AIR and they can locate the files they need easily.
Great for Graphic Designers
What do you like best about the product?
Air has been a perfect platform to help our team organize and share assets. Air has helped to streamline the critiquing process of design projects, as well as share files and communications with the public. Creating private/public links for certain guests with a variety of permissions has strengthened our engagement with our audience and stakeholders. Air offers all the features our team needs to be successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see the desktop app of Air closely replicate the interface of the web version. Unlike using Air in your browser, the app seems to have limitations. Rather than offering a workspace, it seems to only allow you to locate files and eventually invite you to open the file in a browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is solving the problem of having an abundance of media being filtered through our team, departments within our organization, and the public and other officials. Air sorts all of our assets and offers a streamlined interface to help track down the files we need.
Air Has Revolutionized the Way Our Team Works
What do you like best about the product?
Air is so helpful to our Creative and Marketing teams, allowing all members to see images quickly as large thumbnails, search imagery by the type of products or items in the images, and organize all of our assets super easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a log-in issue where I have to log in almost every time I go to the website, but that might be on our end. Otherwise everything is wonderful and I'm grateful for the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to see image assets instantaneously is a huge benefit, with Google Drive it was really hard to locate assets quickly to send them out. The search function is much quicker and allows users who don't make assets to easily locate the files they're looking for. Also with the thousands and thousands of images we create each year, it's nice for team members to search something as broad as the word "desk" and find an image that works for social media posts, email, or any other use case. It's really a genius product for Marketing teams.
Perfect answer for visual creatives
What do you like best about the product?
I love how files are displayed and organized. It's very easy to see and find the files you're looking for, without having to click through and opening them fully.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app would be better designed. The navigation between folders is not easy enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used to use Dropbox and Google Drive. First, Air is just faster than those other two when it comes to uploading and sharing files. Also, it's easier for me to manage my whole library becuase im a much more visual person. The way Air is designed, it makes it easier for me to SEE the file I want without having to read and endless list of file names.
Air is the best creative storage resource
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can share with outside partners with ease. You can use it for feedback as well to graphic designers, which takes SO much time off of editing! You can tag things that allow you to easily search what you're looking for, and the interface is so clean. I recommend it to everyone and say it is like the Apple of creative storage solutions :).
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anythink I specifically dislike about Air. It is really easy to use and is very intuitive. It has saved so much time and is way more up to date than other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air solved the problem of messy creative storage in a Google Drive. It has saved so much time in the feedback/editing process as you can comment directly on the creative. You can easily move things around and add tags to be able to search later.
Great way to store and share files
What do you like best about the product?
Cross-platform, easy to organize files, available desk-top app
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of anything! It has all the positives and none of the negatives to enhance my workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not have access to our company's shared drive as I am a Mac user in a Windows environment. Air allows me to access and share files anywhere, anytime.
I can cover more ground with less effort.

Saves a lot of time.
What do you like best about the product?
I love how smoothly the search feature works. It saves so much time - I can search by a tag, like b-roll, to pull out things I need quickly. I can also search by an element, like 'dog', and quickly sort those off to share with someone.
Also, stacking 'versions' of assets keeps things tidy and organized. For example, I can stack a RAW image file under a PNG image file.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are not really any glaring downsides to Air. One thing that would be nice is if I could share a filter with someone, like sharing a filter that shows things tagged 'b-roll' so that it's always updated with the most current items.
One wierd thing is how it sorts numbered files. Example: I have 12 files named product 1 - product 12. Instead of sorting the list as product 1, product 2, product 3, etc, all the way to 12, it will go product 1, product 11, product 12, product 2, etc. I guess it recognizes the '1' in '11' and '12' and thinks it should go immediately after '1'.

Air is keeping our digital assets efficiently organized. We had a rapidly growing library of drive-hosted products and projects that was difficult to share and search, and I knew that moving everything to Google Drive would be a mess. Air actually lets you breath.
