Great resource for managing creative resources!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to tag assets so that they are easy to find for the full team. It makes the process so much more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
They no longer have an app and that makes things a bit more difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to share the assets across the company.
Organize Files, Manage Projects, & More!
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Air is that we were able to get rid of our (very unorganized) Gdrive filing system - for photography, graphic designs, creative projects, etc. - and are able to see all assets & deliverables in one place! We use Air to house anything from Brand Guidelines to photography scopes + product & lifestyle imagery to graphic designs to packaging renders to video footage...you name it! We are able to easily share with internal & external partners, and anyone is abe to contribute content as needed. Air has made our creative production process flow so much more smoothly, and I use it every single day! It's very easy to navigate, to organize files into sub-boards, and we've had enormous success so far using it.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside I see is that it's not always easy to get contributors into the system to share files (whether we are sharing internal files or having them upload). Creating an Air account is the solution for most issues, but sometimes we only need one deliverable from someone and they sometimes have a hard time just uploading something even when we share the contributor link. I also wish it were easier to copy / duplicate files to use in several folders. It's possible to MOVE them to other folders easily, but not as easy to duplicate (not as easy as Gdrive). Another downside is that it's not entirely easy to rename an asset once uploaded. The pros in Air DEFINITELY outweigh the cons, though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air keeps us incredibly organized. From the ability to categories folders / sub-folders to the convenience of being able to add photography, PDFs, and other types of files easily (all to the same folder) to the ease in navigating the folders when hunting for assets...we absolutely depend on Air every single day for our creative production process!

Easy to navigate and find what I'm looking for!
What do you like best about the product?
Finding images and videos needed to do my work has never been easier! I can find everything I need with the fliters and sharing documents across departments (in several different states) is no longer a chore! I use AIR almost daily and have no complaints.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike in the way that 've needed to use it. I do use only on desktop, and have no need to access AIR through an app, so I don't have any mobile issues I've seen others discuss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a place to keep all photos and videos that are necessary for cross departments to use. We no longer have to look in several places to find what we need, and using the filtering system to find the images is so helpful.
Cloud Storage Made EAST
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to have storage for all of our videos, pictures, and media at an afforadble cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, faster load times would be awesome!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air allows me to upload new content that will go live on our company's media pages and gives us the ability to review with the team.

Accessibility and being able to create a link strictly for file dropping. Such a game changer for file sharing across team members!

It has to get known more! I really haven't come across user issues yet.

I actually like being the only one who has access to my files and the file-dropping link really helps!
The perfect photo management software
What do you like best about the product?
Air is intuitive to use and makes sharing assets so simple. Our team loves it and uses on a daily basis to manage all photo/video content! Their customer support team is also wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, no downsides. The number of users was previously limited, but with their new unlimited user structure, we have no issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air makes it easy to store, organize, view, and share all photo and video assets. You can also tag assets to make quick searches a breeze.
User-Friendly & Easy to Share Images
What do you like best about the product?
Easy for our teams to share images internally and externally. Keep the images categorized helps our internal teams too. The amount of images/videos you can upload is very sufficient for our teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Locating specific images can be a bit tough internally for teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to share images and find images internally. Also it is easy to share files with outside parties.
Air is an easy-to-use platform for sharing and reviewing content.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Air offers different views - gallery, table, and kanban. We rely on kanban to track the assets as they move through our process, but it's nice to be able to switch back and forth between views and also save filters on views. The custom fields and inputs, and ability to choose colors for each one is very helpful. Air makes it incredibly easy to submit, share, annotate, and download files. The customer support team is very responsive and quick to help us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Air had better notifications. It would be nice to be able to choose if we wanted to get an email each time a comment was left on an asset or an asset moved to a new status, etc. but the only option we have right now is a daily digest of all comments/changes at the end of the day -- not very helpful if you are trying to quickly move something through a pipeline and track it in real time. The only other thing I would say needs improvement is the platform has been a bit buggy from time to time, just small glitches here and there that slow us down, but the Air team does a good job of communicating these outages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air helped us scale our design team by making it easier for designers to submit files to one place, and making it easier for the rest of the team to review and comment and share feedback with the designer. No need to download PDFs and annotate them and then send them back to the designer, it's all done simply through comments on Air.
The right-sized DAM
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to share, the annotating reviewing and version history. But honestly the searchability and general structure is so un-complicated for primary users and it's intuitive for cusotmers reviewing or downloading documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much honestly, I maybe wish there was an ability to create separate workspaces without having to create separate accounts with separate members.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small-ish agency that has organized its digital assets in a number of ways — Dropbox, Google Docs, local server, etc. We recognized a need to be more organized and more searchable, but we did not have the budget appetite for any of the major DAM platforms out there. When we found air, it was the perfect marriage of the right features and the right price.
We now have all of our work centralized and it has helped us create powerful workflows that have improved our service delivery.
