Awesome tool for our small marketing team
What do you like best about the product?
The thing we love most about Air is the seamless UI and UX design
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing we dislike about Air is not being about to share files/photos from different albums with one link.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy 1 stop shop for all of us to grab files.
Finding and organizing client assets is so easy now
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive. Air works exactly how you'd want an asset manager to work. For someone that uses as many workflow tools as I do, this is exactly what I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every now and then I have a problem with the UI's loading speed (but never the actual file upload or download speed). This isn't very common though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing assets for many clients in a day could be messy... Air's simplicity helps me find exactly what I need quickly.
Air is the best way I have found to organise assets and share them with the team!
What do you like best about the product?
air is super easy to use and allows me to share and organise my assets effectively. I use the platform pretty much everyday and build it effectively into my workflow. I love being abke to organise my assets with tags and create a huge range of different classifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think organising by file type (JPG, MP4, etc) could be helpful. Currently you can sort by size but it would be handy to also look at extensions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it allows me to easily and effectively, organise, share and utilise my assets
Great Digital Asset Organization Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can sync it to your desktop so I can have access to all of the assets without having to download them to my hard drive. I use it every day! I also love the tagging feature so I can easily search exactly what I'm looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the sync feature to the desktop gets undone, but usually it does pretty well. I wish there was a way to add tags when you bulk upload.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to store and organize assets based on the specific phrases we are searching for. It also allows me to mark when assets are in use vs unused.
For business there is nothing better!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to upload, download, share content with not only my staff but our clients has been amazing. Everyone loves the ease of being able to work with/within the Air platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beta stage of the platform there were some concerns, but over time very quickly they were all resolved and we would not use any other file share platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease to share, upload, and download content for my staff and clients has made things run very smoothly for us and our clients.
Perfect for Generative AI Art business
What do you like best about the product?
My business requires quick and easy access to a wide variety of visual style using a style library that I have developed. This solution is the only affordable option I found to quickly fort and organize by visual information, not text. The user interface is intuitive and easy to use and fantastic when I need to organize information by visual elements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the sharing and collaboration features seem to have some bugs that needs to be worked out. For instance, when I moved an item from one folder to another, all text comments I used to annotate the image were deleted, and I was not warned that this would happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I'm generating AI art, I am referencing a style library that contains thousands of images. Air saves me an enormous amount of time by giving me a platform designed around interacting with images. Instead of using folder structures that were designed for organizing text documents, I can quickly and easily scan through the images in my files when making something new.
Very useful tool though does not read or incorporate IPTC keywording from Lightroom for search
What do you like best about the product?
I'm a social media manager and need to locate images featuring various topics from our company archive of 10+ years of images nearly every day. I hadn't heard of Air when I started here but I've gotten the hang of it and it is indeed a useful program, though I've not compared it to anything that might be similar in what it's attempting to provide...
It IS much better than storing and searching for photos in the google drive archive (or dropbox for that matter). The ability to tag photos with multiple relevant words means that you don't have to put everything you want to search for in the filenames of images. The program ID's and tags generic image features such as whether or not there are multiple people, individuals, woman, etc in a photo so you could utilize this to quickly sort and find what you need from large batches of images with similar topics. There are more auto-identification features than we need in some areas, and other areas that would be useful for me are of course not built in due to the sophistication that would be required (ID'ing plants, tree species), but it's got some pretty impressive abilities that I notice now and then.

What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that there is no option to automatically include tags that are embedded in image file metadata by photographers who often batch-add relevant tags to images in Adobe Lightroom or Bridge or other programs before exporting images. I made this suggestion to a rep from the company and it sounded like something they would look into, but I haven't heard back. As a photographer, adding tags in Adobe programs would be simpler and faster for me and I can't imagine I'm the only one who would prefer this to be a possibility.
It can be a little slow. Sometimes when I search for a word or tag the screen jumps to the last batch of photos I uploaded-- often staying on it for ust a few seconds before switching to the search results, but also sometimes so long that I decide I need to reload or re-search the term, which is irritating.
The price jump from free to 85$/month leaves something to be desired. Surely there are many users who need more than the 5 GB of storage space but don't need 250 boards or 5 users. Perhaps you have to request a custom pricing plan... I am new and haven't looked into it but I may well request a pricing offer that better suits our needs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage of archive of photos and searching for images to use in quick paced social media need context
Switched to Air as a better platform to organize creatives than Google or other platforms
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very elegant, easy to use, laid out very well. Great customer support. We use it for organizing all of our creatives and find it seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are features that are not obvious, but are very useful. If you don't know to ask or look for the answers it is very easy to miss these great, important features, that are not intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping creatives organized. Great plaform to do that.
Great for team collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
We’ve been experimenting with the best way to collaborate with volunteers and provide them with the images and designs they need, and Air has been a great way to do this! The photo upload forms have also been a huge help in getting images from volunteers!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using Air for a few months now and haven't found any downsides!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air has helped us become better at collaborating with volunteers!
Has changed the game for us!
What do you like best about the product?
How user friendly the interface is, and how I can easily collaborate with outside designers/videographers to collect assets and share feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are downtimes due to the size of the company but that happens and they are always proactive in reaching out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with outside designers/videographers, organizing all our assets.
