Difficult and painstaking to tag and search
What do you like best about the product?
It's very organized and great for a large team
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires a lot to have to tag and name everything in order to search. by a lot i mean A LOT. We have full time staff who just does that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't want to use google anymore, so we switched to Air

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to organize files and share specific folders outside of group that limits their access.
Haven't had that many glitches in the year+ I've used it, so definitely reliable.

What do you dislike about the product?
Smaller team to fix issues, so might take a while for them to be resolved. Not a huge issue, though.

Easy storage, file upload and sharing.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to upload photos and share with my coworkers, without any links or extra emails. Just upload and click!I also love the simple design.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like all of it! If I would have to find anything, is the changing quality of the video when uploading, but then when I dowload is the quality and colours and back to normal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to send files quickly and fuss free.

Can't think of any other than the price is fairly high

Ability to have product images easily downloadable by our dealers and publications

What do you like best about the product?
Truly the best asset management platform we've used! Love how easy it is to use and upload/organize things & how easy it is to find what you're looking for. The tagging system works very well for us to find things as well as the AI features the platform has.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes larger files and videos take a while to load and process, but that is to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and sharing of assets. Saves us a lot of time & it's much easier for people we send our assets to to view them and use them.
Good solution for international team
What do you like best about the product?
The photo/video asset review is way more practle and easy than other data solutnios
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slightly buggy at times and large multifile downloads (I'm talking 600GB) can take a while.

Air solves the problem of quickly and efficiently finding, viewing, and organizing photo/video assets.
Amazing platform for a creative team!
What do you like best about the product?
Air has been the answer to organizing all of our creative needs in one place. The platform is super easy to use across all teams, which was super important for us. Their customer support is quick and efficient - And super helpful in inplementing our teams needs. The integration took some time to ensure all assets are tagged and organized properly, but well worth the time spent ensuring we can hit the ground running!

Organizing and tagging all of our creative assets - Allowing our internal team and outside vendors to work efficiently together.
Easier to Organize Assets with Air
What do you like best about the product?
My organization does frequent photos shoots and has a lot of "cooks in the kitchen." With air, it's easy to collaborate and choose selects. It is also quick to share images with designers and agencies rather than using an external platform to send files. Of course having images accessible anywhere anytime is great too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love it if air had some simple editing features like cropping, image resizing, filters etc.

Accessability of images. Organization of images. Collaboration.
AIR is the ultimate tool for organizing and storing content!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful features in Air are the ability to stack and tag images. It has helped me as a photographer know exactly where to find images from past shoots. It also has become very beneficial in work flow as it allows my colleagues to tag what they need to use the images for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Theres not many downsides to Air in my opinion. One way I'd want to improve it is by improving its interface and layout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is helping me deliver images to my team faster and efficiently and cuts down my turn around time as well as helps me not have to dig through past albums to look for specific images.

It's an easier and visual way to find creative assets for my business

I wish Air had an app version so I can easily find things on the go without needing to log onto my browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding and looking through assets is very hard. Also sorting through different assets and searching for features in each asset. They have AI to make searching super easy!
