Seeking out easy-to-use, no frills DAM solution. Air is where we landed, and happy we did!
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful: organization and the transparent pricing. As a small business, was hoping to find something that aligned with our needs and Air provided that. We are happy with the functionality and the overall feel of the interface. In addition, easy to import over from DropBox across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing we'd like to see in terms of improvements from Air include a more robust priorioty on AI auto tagging and features. In addition, a dedicated Windows program/software to use, not just Mac.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems Air is solving for us: alternate to DropBox and a full-organizational DAM solution at a respectful price.
Great solution for organizing files among other things!
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to create different boards for approvals, file organization and it accepts uploading pretty much every tipe of file. In our company we use Air to organize files from our clients and it makes finding specific siles easier because of Air's tag system also.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes at the moment! Air is being a big solution for us.

Helps a lot with organizing and finding files.
A great resource for teams giving feedback on creative projects
What do you like best about the product?
I love the stacked version control and the ability to leave comments on specific parts of a design with a pinpoint or a shape, instead of trying to describe the area you'd like changed. The system is super intuitive for new users and easy to use, and their smart search tools make it easy to find the files you need. Their support team is super responsive. We use this every day for drafting different digital and print assets and providing feedback to our designers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification systems could use some refining, you don't get real-time updates, and you can't add someone else to follow a project so they get all the updates unless they do it themselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This makes it easy for our team to find the files we need, in a visual and user friendly way. The version control and annotation commenting features, as well as the ability to assign a status to each item and custom tags, lets us use Air to provide edits and feedback in an intuitive fashion that cuts down on confusion and errors. We have found we have fewer rounds of edits and less mistakes since we can pinpoint exactly on a design a change needs to be made without having to try and describe it in words. The organization tools make it easy to share individual assets and let the team know which should be used where in an overall design.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about air is the customer support. Every single person we have spoken to within the company is kind, caring and have always help us with any issues. They are also very open to hearing about improvements or features that would be helpful to you and they actually try to implement them.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest challenge that we have with Air is having the users within our company tag their assets. But this is an issue you will have with any DAM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an easy way to share and access assets within our company and outside agencies. It gives you a visual (thumbnail) of the asset for easy selection. Uploading assets, even multiple assets, is fast and easy with just a drag and drop. In other DAMs we have used in the past, the uploading of assets took too much time, and people would avoid doing it at all costs. Overall AIR helps us keep organized with old and new assets, and easily deliver assets to anyone, inside and outside the company.
Exceptional Tool for Video Editors
What do you like best about the product?
I must say it has exceeded my expectations in every way. This remarkable tool has truly transformed the way of cutting videos. Also the customer support is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
it would be great if you could use files in cutting programms without downloading it first.

Only thing that could be improved is that when i pull something from the finder into premiere that it does not automatically syncs in the background which is possible with GDrive. But thats not a big problem since I can just download the files per right click!

What do you like best about the product?
Air is so helpful in organizing which static assets are which! I have tons of tabs and millions of photos and everything is uploaded quickly. I love how I can share the static assets with original resolution with the click of a share link! No more emailing original files that are too big to send! Air makes it so much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the fact that the image AI search is not entirely accurate!

Innovating the DAM World
What do you like best about the product?
The custom fields are my top LOVE. As a marketing agency, we use Air.inc in some unique ways: internally between divisions, externally with clients, and with 3rd party vendors. It works for all of these different use cases! We demo-ed all the DAMs out there and Air.inc was flexible and worked with us to make some big things happen for our digital asset management. With all the fields you can easily search and filter without being trained on the platform. The share links are the next best thing, we can easily share and download projects between teams so everyone always has what they need.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are working through some specialized favoriting options with their internal team. Some way to share a board to a 3rd party and have them favorite images so we can move through an approval process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air is solving our DAM problems between internal and external sharing. Typically most DAMs are an internal tool that is used in an organization and not a tool used to share and interact with clients or external groups. Air.inc has made it possible to bridge the gap between these two workflows and house it in one place.
Air is the best decision you can make for your creative business!
What do you like best about the product?
Since using Air, my creative assets are so organized, and it's easy to see what I have at a glance. Being able to tag things so they can be in multiple places is a lifesaver!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not one single thing. I would never cancel it.

I can organize my assets via tagging so that I can quickly and easily find graphics for any client project or my own biz projects.
The type of graphics that I use can be used across niches for my clients, so this was one of my biggest pain points, and being able to view in a scrolling feed as you do in Canva vs. folders on my computer.
Canva was great, but tagging wasn't a thing, so it was really easy to get lost fast with what I had uploaded to where.
Now I can tag it with the clients name I'm using it for, and the niches the graphic could be used for.
