Excellent Asset Organization and Search, But Workflow Automation Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate being able to keep all my assets organized in one place, making them easy to find whenever I need them. The most convenient feature is its powerful search function, which seems to understand exactly what I'm looking for based on the description I provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would really like to see an option for internal functions within workflows. For example, if I label an item as red, I want it to automatically appear wherever I want all 'red' tagged items to be displayed. Additionally, I wish the AI could be trained to recognize products or items that are specific to what I use, so it could generate descriptions tailored to those products using its trained AI capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having all assets gathered in one location makes them easy to find and download. The convenience of accessing everything in a single place really streamlines the process.
Efficient Asset Management with Air, But Pricey
What do you like best about the product?
I find Air to be incredibly beneficial for managing our photo assets efficiently. It has helped us streamline the organization process, making it easier and quicker to find and repurpose old assets, which has saved us a significant amount of money. The modern and user-friendly UI is a perfect fit for our needs, especially for beginners on my team. The tagging system within Air stands out as particularly useful, allowing us to categorize photos by different products, models, and colors, which greatly enhances our ability to locate assets when necessary. Additionally, the board systems are very helpful in organizing our work. I also appreciate the excellent support from Air's team, particularly the assistance from their representative Paige, who was instrumental in the setup process, even though the setup was straightforward and required minimal help due to the thorough resources provided. Overall, Air has been an efficient tool that improved our team's workflow, helping us move much quicker and making it a desirable option to continue using.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the general price point of Air is a bit tough. I think there are a lot of really great features it offers at a very, very high price point. I would love for it to be more accessible to small businesses and nonprofits to be able to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air helps us find photo assets easily, resurface old assets for repurposing. It enhances our team's efficiency with an easy setup and effective tagging system.
User-Friendly, But Mobile Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Air for nearly three years to manage my client's content across social media, digital channels, and print assets. One of the main features I love about Air is its capability to allow the same content file to be live in multiple places, unlike Google Drive where I had to copy assets into different folders. The setup process was incredibly easy and intuitive, which I found very impressive. I appreciated the ability to tag content and the use of AI to help with tagging images, which is extremely beneficial. Air also solves the issue of reusing content across various platforms efficiently, as I can move assets effortlessly. The AI-powered computer vision tagging is particularly helpful, and I enjoy being able to track approvals for different content workflows. I also appreciate the ability to create multiple subboards based on my specific needs and the simple search functionality that allows easy access to content using basic terms like necklace, bracelet, or colors. Furthermore, I value the integration with Canva, which complements Air's functionality nicely. Overall, I like Air a lot, to the extent that I would purchase it again and again regardless of any new programs or aspects added.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the Airflow app to be a bit challenging due to its learning curve. Additionally, the mobile app could use improvement as I find it lacking in intuitiveness. I would also prefer to use an actual app rather than a web-based solution on my mobile phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Air to manage client content across digital and print channels. It solves the problem of having to duplicate assets by allowing content to live in multiple places, streamlining my workflow. The intuitive setup and AI tagging enhance content organization and searchability.

The best feature that I like about Air is the content collection.

Sometimes when I upload photos on Air, it doesn't upload the first time I click it.

Air is a seamless way for me to transfer photos to my client where they can view all of the photos before downloading.
Fantastic Service!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Air! My marketing team utilizes it to store and organize all of our photos. Very user friendly and easy to implement on our team. The system makes uploading quick, organizing very straightforward, and offers seamless sharing with teammates as well as outside parties. We are always using photos in presentations or content, so the organization and search function make it so easy to recall just the picture we need! Canva has an Air Integration that is super user friendly and easy to connect as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Air was integrated into more of our systems, the way it is integrated into Canva.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As marketers, we need a place to store photos from our events, for promotional items, and for content creation. Air not only gives us this space but makes collaboration seamless.
Effortless Organization, But Collaboration with Non-Users Can Be Tricky
What do you like best about the product?
The way the folders are organized is very helpful. Making use of the platform's tags and folders makes it much easier to locate items, especially when working across different departments. It is very easy for others who have never used the platform to understand and implement into their everyday work routine. We use it everyday in office and it is especially helpful for social organic use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working with influencers, not everyone uses air which can make it harder when having to use multiple platforms.

A Simple Way to Organize & Share Files
What do you like best about the product?
Air has made it so easy to create an organized structure for our files and share them across the team. Collaboration is seamless between team members across the US because we can easily upload files and share links for easy access. I love the visual preview of the files, too, as well as the search function, as it makes it simple to find what you're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fortunately, I haven't found anything yet that's not to like.

We're able to easily organize files and share them with any team member that needs them. It also makes our files easily searchable for the broader team when needed.
Smooth Migration and Easy Sharing, But Board Organization Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
We really enjoy the ease of use that comes with Air. The migration process was very smooth thanks to the help of the team at Air. The amount of users is incredibly useful for sharing assets without allowing too much access. My favorite feature is the notes that allow you to share asset feedback to specific locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides that we have found have been the confusion around boards and sub-boards. One big thing we would change is to allow us to use icons to help with organization to see what photos are in the boards and sub-boards. The AI search feature could be a little more intuitive but I think that will come in the coming months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Air helped us find a more affordable solution to our digital asset management need and provided us with all of the users that we needed to share necessary assets with contractors.

I appreciate how easy the interface of Air is, making it simple to navigate and providing a clean look that enhances user experience. The platform makes it incredibly easy to share content with clients and allows vendors to upload assets seamlessly, which is essential for our workflow. The onboarding process was also smooth for our team, indicating its user-friendly nature. Air has significantly improved our workflow by enabling easy asset search, which is particularly beneficial when building new pitch decks and proposals. This contributes greatly to our sales and marketing efforts. Additionally, the feedback process is streamlined through its functionality of commenting directly on assets, which simplifies communication loops with clients. I find the share links and smart tagging features extremely useful. Overall, the ease of use and the positive reception from our team make Air a valuable tool in our operations.

I would like to name things a little bit more easily in bulk.

I find Air streamlines communication loops, aids in locating assets easily for proposals, and allows straightforward client feedback, benefiting both sales and client interactions.
Excellent Organization and Usability, But SEO Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I like the organization that Air provides. Air continues to refine its organizing mechanisms which is helpful. It is also extremely easy to use for beginners and easy to navigate as a seasoned employee.

The AI tagging system could improve so that not as much personal tagging has to be done and SEO for backend management is easier
